The food was hot, which means very good and place was clean, laid back with the wall open and the screen keeping out the unwanted bugs, feeling the breeze and listening to a mix of music. Extremely courteous staff. Great visit!

Continuously mess up orders. Staff is consistently rude when you address the issues with the orders and blow you off.

We loved the Raisin Caine's experience. Food is great, tasty and fries crispy as they should. Service was great and it was quiet when we visited the store, so nothing to complain about. We would definitely be back with no hesitation.

Its not bad, the fries are pretty good, they salt/season them well. The cole slaw was gross and there arent too many cole slaws that i dont like. The sauce is ok. I think its over hyped.

I get lunch here often at drive-through. Today, 5/7 around 12:20pm, I informed them that they shorted me a piece a few days ago, and they laughed at me at did nothing about it

Just went on 4/30/25 at 2:30pm, the restaurant was practically empty. Still couldn’t get salt on the fries, or make sure they came out warm at all. I get when they constantly make mistakes during rush hours, but it’s insane that anyone can be so incompetent at their job on a Wednesday in the mid-afternoon.
