The service is always excellent. Quick, Speedy, Fast but most importantly always correct 😉. The seasoning or fry tastes different lately, good but not as excellent in my opinion 🤷🏾‍♂️.

Just like every canes. Busy. But they did good with the service of trying to get people in and out efficiently. Always go inside, ESPECIALLY if the drive thru is packed. I went and there were thirty cars in the drive thru, went inside and came out with food in 7 minutes. Same cars were still there and barely moved.

We came in around 2:15am, was traveling from Canada to West Virginia. Very first time getting food from this franchise, Everyone was very nice from the start, even though I spilled my drink (entirely) they were still understanding about it. I was expecting the food to be old because of the time. But everything was very hot & fresh! 10/10, will come back here again!!!

The team seemed pretty sharp. For food was average.

Wheelchair accessibility: It is at street level with no changes of grade anywhere in the restaurant. It wheelchair can roll straight from the street to the counter to the tables and into the bathrooms without any issues.

The french fries were entirely too salty, and they mix a little bit of their sweet tea and with their unsweet tea. As a diabetic, it sent my blood sugar levels skyrocketing
