Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Uncaring inattentive counter person. Who took my order which included a large fountain drink, while waiting on my food when a person couldn't get there drink from the drink machine told them that the fountain machine had been down all day. Then offered to to get them tea or lemonade. She then hands me my cup for a fountain drink.....

I then get 6 of the smallest tenders I have ever had at a Cane's, one less sauce than I paid for and a to go bag without napkins nor any way to eat the slaw ....

I ask her what the empty cup is for if there's nothing I can put in it out here and she asks if I want lemonade. Meanwhile I can see them filling drive through orders from the fountain machine at the drive through without issue.

They made the chicken fingers smaller than they used to be and more expensive.

Tried for the first time. Chicken has a good flavor. Food is 4/5. I am giving 2/5 because they make you buy the sauce for Chicken tenders and the one serving you buy is not enough for the food you get. . On top, They only offer ketchup. No other condiments. Food is great please don't make customers buy the sauce. It should be complementary.

Closing at 7PM in the middle of a major city is just about the dumbest move you could have made.

I ordered my food paid got to the service window was directed to park and wait as I watched 2 other cars behind me get their food it dawned on me why did I have to park and wait when all I got was their combo 3 piece chick box isn’t everyone getting chicken fingers nothing special have me park wait and watch the other cars pass I then got out proceeded to get my box combo from inside as I’m walking in here comes my combo bad customer service will lead to a decline in return customers you are only fooling the computers in fast delivery but the truth is your sacrificing your customers with false information on deliverance

The quality of their tenders has gone down. They are now just glorified nuggets. And yall need to learn how to freaking make toast!

Average chicken, not sure what the hype is about, that being said it wasn't bad by any means, juicy and cooked nice but rather plain.

Clean restaurant with friendly staff. Food was out fast and accurately.

Place is great as usual. Always quick with the service and friendly. Food can be too salty sometimes though. But with enough canes sauce, it all tastes the same.
