I ordered online and wanted them to bring it out. Well My order was exposed to be in my hands by 12:21 but I waited until 12:31. Still no food. So I called. I was told sorry we don’t have a way to see that you are here. I’ll bring your order out after we remake it. Ok so I waited another 20 minutes and nothing. I go inside. Oh I couldn’t find you. I said well you have 3 spots right out by the sign and the door is right there. No one came out the door with my food. I was parked by the sign. Girl gets snippy. Not only did I have to walk in my food was ice cold and missing the sauce.

Chicken has no seasoning. The sauce is very good. Just don't take a bite without the sauce...

Was way too tired and needed to grab something for the family to eat for dinner and placed an online order, after 30 minutes of sitting and waiting after clicking “I’m here”, getting heckled by a homeless person pissed that I wouldn’t give him money and watching at least 10 people park and go in and out I called. They apologized and brought my food out in like 5 minutes only to forget a drink and one of the combos which I feel bad for the person bringing everything out because sadly I noticed the missing combo after they went to get the missing drink so had to go back inside. Not a great way to get a quick meal, on top of it. At 645 pm they were not busy at all.

A great member of the chain. The staff are friendly, food is fast, and everything is clean. Come here instead of the McDonald's across the street.

Nobody answered me and made me sit at the order screen for 20 minutes, then told me they didn’t open for another hour and said there was “a sign” in a nasty tone. When I went to go look for said sign there wasn’t one posted on the restaurant. Won’t be coming back!
