Love canes till it will kill me! However their fries are ALWAYS soggy every single time even when asked to crisp them more still soggy. This isn't when they are sitting in the foam container till we get home I mean soggy right out of the delivery window. I'll still go to canes and still won't be happy about their fries.

It’s 1:54pm, and I just saw an employee walking a lady who had a cane and eye patch to her car. He carried her order to the car, and opened the door for her. That was so sweet. I personally don’t eat here, but that makes me want to change my mind! Excellent Customer Service!!

The tenders just keep getting smaller and smaller and the price just keeps going up. 10 dollars for 4 small tenders with a half a handful of fries is not enough. Fries are soggy half the time as well. It is fast and normally somewhat fresh but at the expense for what you get it's really just not worth it anymore.

I just love this place. Nothing is special besides the bread until you add that canes sauce, and then everything becomes special.
It was lunch hour rush, and they were slammed packed, but the customer service was great and I still only waited maybe 5 minutes on my food. It was delicious as always!
