We took my son there to eat, we all loved the chicken finger combo, we highly recommend it. Service was great and the restaurant was very clean

Worst experience I have ever had at a Cane"s. I will not be going back to this location. Employees did not even care.

Update: Cane's is always good, but large orders are not a priority. Cane's cooks 3 things. It took me an hour from the time I ordered to the time I got my to go tailgate order. Meanwhile, I saw 3 to 4 times the size of my order be served as the combination of small orders.

Good food, I think the price is a little high but if you're itching for cane sauce. It's worth it.

Girl running front counter in glasses wearing purple canes hoodie 3/1/25 @11:20pm was highly rude and unprofessional. I get you don’t want to do your job, maybe you should quit and let someone who actually does want to do their job have a job instead. Don’t have to make shit up just so you can be lazy and not do your job. This is the 3rd time I’ve had issues with this girl and I won’t be back to this location ever again.
Food is subpar at best, not enough breading on the chicken, always soggy and barely holding on. Sweet tea was almost void of sugar. And this location is extremely difficult to access

02-10-2025: My visit was not good. This restaurant must be under new management, and the dining room was a very commercial experience. It was not a safe environment to enjoy my chicken meal in. It has been weeks now and I cannot forget the cruel dining room at the North High Street location. The teen associates are not the problem; it must be a different manager who has a personal problem or other customers.

It was my first and last time eating at RC. Chicken was warm and soggy, and it tasted like microwaved chicken fingers. Fries were warm, soggy, and no flavor or crunch. The only decent thing was the coke and sauce. The sauce should complement the food, not provide the only decent flavor. I'd rather eat something out of a vending machine. Not sure what I'm missing or what the attraction is, but you could find a better meal for $10 nearly anywhere.

This location has made me turn away from raising Cane‘s nationwide. The girl that took our order and ran her card was just out of line. Rude had no personality. Doesn’t deserve to be working anywhere near customers. It’s bad enough. They’re feeding us garbage with seed oils overcharging for it and now we gotta deal with their crappy little attitude. I don’t think I’ll ever order raising Cane’s again.

Raising Canes in Graceland is a great location. Fast, efficient and friendly staff. The food is always fresh and the restaurant is clean.

This location is so mid.
The girl that took our order was not pleasant and not helpful.
Food came out semi cold, not hot.
And i was sitting at the table with my family and it was pretty unpleasant with music blaring on max.

Better management at this location needs to happen.
