If I'm paying the price I expect hot food, got a caniac and extra toast/sauce. Almost $20 for 1 combo, I coulda got 2 large pizzas but I chose canes, 2nd time I've went right before closing time at this location and the food is cold. For 1 combo almost $20 my food needs to be piping hot. My guess is they trying to clean early an
d shut down everything and the food sits. This was the last straw for me, if I'm goina splurge and spend that much it needs to be hot and fresh, absolutely ridiculous. Fries were almost raw, barely cooked and cold stale.

We were in Columbus for a concert. My fiance & I have never had Raising Cane's because we don't have one where we're from in WV so we wanted to try something we hadn't had before. Absolutely no regrets. I've heard online that their sweet tea was amazing but I wasn't expecting it to be this great, probably the best I've had at a restaurant. The texas toast was amazing. Everything was. The atmosphere was good too, we liked the vibes. Now I'm sad we don't have one closer to home ?

Decor and restrooms nice. Music was way too loud even though it was music I liked.

Went thru the drive-thru. Pretty dang quick. Hence the 4 stars for service. The 1 star for food is because their chicken and fries were about as flimsy as the moral compass of the OSU buckeyes?

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a disco ball and a happy cashier. She was very kind and took our order. Before I even put my card away, our food was ready. It was still hot and seemed fresh! As usual, I chose to drink Dr. Pepper because the Dr. Pepper at this Canes specifically is divinely carbonated. Amazing. The only thing is there were crumbs and straw wrappers on the table so we had to use napkins to clean it off before we sat down. My friend is not from the US but she always asks to come here when she visits because she loves it so much so we have a lot of memories here. Overall the food and staff were wonderful! Thank you for providing good food and a place to make special memories!

I recently visited Raising Cane’s for the first time and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! The place has a fantastic vibe that’s both lively and inviting, making it a great spot to hang out with friends. The interior is well-decorated, adding to the overall enjoyable atmosphere.

The chicken here is absolutely phenomenal! ? It’s crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, and the flavor is just spot on. Everything from the Texas toast to the crinkle-cut fries complements the meal perfectly, making every bite enjoyable.

The service at Raising Cane’s was also exceptional. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience. They really go out of their way to make sure you feel welcome.

Overall, my visit to Raising Cane’s was fantastic. It’s the perfect place for a casual meet-up with friends or a quick, delicious meal. I loved every part of my visit and I’m definitely looking forward to going back!
