Was calling to figure out what oil they used due to an allergy. I cannot give you business if your hired staff cannot answer the phones to answer an allergy question about food cooked in oil. Edited review for response. That link throws up an error code 404 and DOES NOT SOLVE ANYTHING AND IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I've ordered online for pickup late night twice now in the past week and these guys are working a 2 man and getting crushed both nights. I don't even mind the long wait because our food has been on point both times. Hottest freshest food I've ever gotten from Rally's. Both these guys definitely deserve a raise and they are the reason I will continue to visit this location for all my late night food runs after work.

Same two guys working tonight and the last time I was there are amazing. Food is hot. Service is quick. Carry out window and everything in sight is actually clean. Having lived near this location for as long as it has been there… this is the best it has every been. Take note all other fast food has lost my return business because of the difference in price, quality and basic customer service. Blonde guy and tall dude that wears a face mask. Give them a raise or do what you can to keep them around!

They never have the walk in doors unlocked and some of their people are rude. I haven't been able to go in and order in months, you have to go through the drive thu.
