They never have the walk in doors unlocked and some of their people are rude. I haven't been able to go in and order in months, you have to go through the drive thu.

The food was great. I forgot how good their fries and chicken sandwiches are. They are the OG.
I got Chicken Bite & Fries Box and Mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks was hot but the Chicken Bite was hard as hell and the Fries was soggy. And they had me waiting for a minute so why didn't everything come out hot. I aint been there in a minute so I was trying them out again but never again.

This is one of the most horrible places ever. I ordered 2 Rally burgers with cheese got no cheese cold old meat and 2 sweet teas and funnel fries they took order wrong when told my sandwiches were wrong they proceeded to hand me two pieces of cheese through drive thru window. I am appalled at this kind of service. Manager hung up on me .
Supposed to get a double cheeseburger only got a cheese burger and forget to put in apple pie.

Went to my first Rally’s ever. It was a very good experience. There’s only one man running the whole store this morning, and he was kind and courteous. No public bathroom. Delicious soft serve. A great option when the nearby McDonald’s isn’t serving soft serve
