Absolute worse rallys ive had in a long time. The guy who works monday mornings has a shitty attitude towards work and customers. The food was so bad my duaghter and i couldnt eat it and i had to throw it all away. Shouldve went back and got my money for the food that went to the trash. Trash location and a trash worker.

It really depends on what time you go to this place whether or not you’re gonna have good food I ordered two simple double hamburgers. Why did one of them come with cheese as if they just had it sitting in there and they just wanted to put it in my bag then when I call no answer it’s obvious they didn’t feel like making my sandwiches so they gave me someone else’s

The guy at the drive thru was blowing crack smoke in my face...I didn't seem to mind due to the amount of alcohol I consumed. Food was sloppy. But I was sloppy drunk 🥴 😪

The Philly steak burger might be good if they put more than a pinch of steak and onions on it. It's basically a burger on a giant bun with a hint of Philly steak.

The problem with this place is that they will take your order and then they'll have you pull around when there's no one there but you, to the other side Even when there's no one around.And then they will have you pull in the other side in a one way to pick up your order after you've already paid. Also they want you to pull in on the other side which is a one-way and you're hoping that there's no other traffic coming in. I noticed that this location seem to be losing business and it's probably because of stuff like this.I paid for my order but left after never receiving it and I probably won't ever come to that location again.

Rally's on Georgesville Rd in Columbus, OH should be ashamed of their quality, service, and lack of hustle. I was told they were out of sweet tea so I chose lemonade. Little did I know they were serving their customers Kroger BIg K products instead. I get it if your machine is broke down, but at least serve Coke products that you advertise. Also, after taking the burger home and opening the wrapper to find out it was a sloppy mess, fries seemed like they sat in the oil too long, the Big K lemonade was flat where it set out and not kept chilled, I decided to post this to tell Rally's management that you have lost a patron and I wish you luck in staying in business at this location if you are this bad at quality, service, and convenience. Good luck to anyone who orders from this restaurant and expect to wait an ungodly amount of time in line. It will not let you give zero stars for a review but it does not deserve the one start even.

I decided to come through around 1:30 AM to get some food and I was met with a terrible crew. They were rude. They were disrespectful and all I wanted was to order food. My truck was over 9 feet tall so I could not go through the drive-through and they refused to take my order manually from the window when I pulled up to the window the black gentlemen laughed in my face and mocked my driving skills saying he could pull my truck to the speaker for me. This is not the way to run a business I hope who ever is the general manager here can make some sort of change to this behavior.

Never go there, placed our order, 20 dollar order, had to use passenger side window because how goofy the drive through is, sat in the drive through over an hour, finally got to window and they and no idea what my order was and asked me the order 7 different times and still had to wait, ended up getting a refund, just save yourself a hassle, should be closed down for good...
