We ordered the half pound chicken bites. We got a half pound of fries and maybe 10 bites of chicken. It was super greasy. They were not busy at this time, and the guy taking our order sounded like we were interrupting his day. He was rude. Will not recommend it go back to this particular location.

Came here and placed a mobile order and followed the signs that were posted to come to the other window. I waited at the other window and watched 2 staff members blatantly ignore my presence. I tapped the horn lightly and a woman came over to the ice cream machine and did not even look our way. We then went over and waited in line for over 10min. When we got to the speaker she told us to go to the other side for mobile orders. I said I was just over there and no one acknowledged me for 5min.
Service was slow. Customer service was subpar and not even an apology was given for the wait or for being ignored. Awful.

Been setting at the menu board waiting to order for over ten minutes
my boyfriend and i got in a car crash on our way out of the drive thru. not only did they replace all of our food they sat with us and made sure we were okay. would recommend would go back

Burger was great Employee there named Anthony went above and beyond to handle more importantly solve a problem I was experiencing so I won't elaborate on that other than the fact Anthony W. was only interested in a solution rather than exacerbating the problem. GOOD Food Next level customer service ? Will be back for more curly fries and other feel good menu choices ?????

Tried to order the hotwings two days in a row order has been cancled if the wings were out of stock update item unavaible i really think its because the night shift didnt want to make them the night staff cooks do not do thier job so not impressed
