Ordered a bbq pretzel buford and gotta BBQ bacon double cheese burger on regular bun no cfo's. Was too hungry to care half way through before even recognizing it wasn't just missing the cfo but the bun was entirely wrong too. Probably why this my first time back after 10 years. Price point has to be crazy 2$ more at least. Fail.

Shut this place down you will never get what you order FRESH food is undercooked cold, stale and missing food. Employees are always high playing with customers food holding up lines because they don't want to work. I can't believe all these complaints through out the years and nothing has been done I'll be calling every department on this store.
EDIT I do DoorDash and they are always getting peoples orders wrong we can't open up the bags if it's sealed which they barely do that then the dashers get blamed because they ave th wrong burger or didn make it right and we DD get wrongfully rated where we can be terminated from DD. Employees are always outside with their apron on sitting on the ground smoking weed as the smoke is flying in my window car they be up there with their families in the parking lot smoking and sleeping they don't wash their hands they get up from off the ground and go straight for the food no type of management, professional or food safety at all.

I ordered around 1130 pm tonight and in my order I got a baconzilla and a mushroom Swiss burger and a chicken bite box, parmasean fry’s and a small banana milk shake, I was missing both the burgers…yes I ordered through doordash but the bag was sealed….how do you forget someone’s “main” dishes of their meals?

Ive been asking for banana milkshakes for two weeks, they wont restock it. Their systems are randomly down at night and only able to order through door dash or uber eats, which is ridiculous how often that happens. Or you can only use cash, because their card system isn't working, or only card because they have no change !! Come on now, on top of that they almost always get the order wrong. Ive ordered a chocolate shake two days in a row and theyve given me vanilla, I was like okay maybe it's just a syrup or something until I went to the rallys on karl and theirs was way darker. They also had banana shakes there. Cleveland avenue location sucks.
