Literally hate the A.I. drive thru. Rallys is the last place that needs this. Couldn't understand what i was saying. Then can't even see what you ordered. Then i definitely asked the dude if the sandwich said no mayo worth it, he proceeds to say yes it says no mayo. Idk why I would ever trust any persons words, but i should've known to check in the drive thru because sure enough, got home and the sandwich is slathered with mayo...... I don't even know what to say. I just threw the sandwich away. Waste of $3+.

Went late at night, and yes they were busy but wow it was worth the wait. The shift manager, keya, was so kind and friendly. I was having issues with my app and she was quick to help, the food was hot and delicious, and she was very kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend this location- the staff is amazing and the food was great!

They got both my sandwiches wrong and forgot my mozzarella sticks. I called to try to rectify it and they set down the phone and walked away. I tried to call back and it wouldn’t go through. All 3 items were messed up or missing. Terrible service.

Food was good but service not so much. The unkindly told us they were only taking on line orders. So we went to park did on line order. Waited went back through the drive thru...got the same rude only taking on line orders....we said we ha on gave the name pulled up to the window. Didn't get any kind of greeting just the food handed to us.
Waited in drive thru 30 minutes only to get sandwich and plaster with ketchup and onions which I asked without and fries are greased drenched only good thing was drink and apple pie threw. Food away eek

I myself find rallies to be a little bit on the greasy side but it really tasted pretty good. I would definitely give it a four stars
By the way, they're Philly cheese bites. If you haven't tried them yet, you really need to go check them out. They are amazing

We have given this location many chances, and each time they let us down. The wait time is always excessive, the food is never fresh, and the employees lack basic customer service skills. Today we decided to place an order on DoorDash…the order was reassigned to 3 different drivers due to the wait time- then Rally’s cancelled the entire order. This location is a joke. Never again!
