Poor girl was serving everyone later and had four cars lined up but we only had to wait 5 minutes and she came out and delivered everyone's food it was only her and her boss because of staffing issues....
Terrible service , Terrible wait times for “fast food” ghetto untrained workers . How are they even getting away with 15-20 min wait times for simple chicken bites and fries . Just close the location . Obviously yall hire people that just sit in there doing nothing.

My husband and I stopped by this morning (11/17/24) when they opened at 10... there was a vehicle in the parking lot... the speaker took our order... and we waited at the window for 10 minutes... no one ever came... we blew the horn a few times... nothing... no one. We ended up leaving. That was just horrible... not professional at all.
The big Buford meal and Philly cheese steak bites. I feel like they feed me trash! Rally’s is always a hit or miss, depending on the location let me telling you that this was a hit not in a good way. First the drive through employee was high I feel like because she kept dosing off as she was taking my order, and her hands were filthy looking as she took forever to take the order and put the lid of my drink. Second the food was not fresh at all the coldest blandest fry’s I ever had. The bun dry. The meat cold. The produce wilted and dead looking. I will never ever eat at any rally’s again I forever scared.
