We really wanted to give this place a try since it's been a while, but they make it nearly impossible. A few weeks ago, we drove in only to see that they were only taking cash. No big deal. It happens. Tried again today and waited in line for 10 minutes and even ordered (through the automated drive thru bot). As I drove up, there was a lady waving us through, telling us they were closed. Thanks for wasting my time. I won't be trying again. Corporate needs to get this place running right or shut it down.

Me and my family went through the drive thru we was told they was only doing door dash orders when we was leaving the drive thru the two employees was outside smoking and doing absolutely NOTHING.!!! Rallys was one of my favorite places to eat. When we realized we would be going by one on the way to an appointment, we decided to stop since we no longer have one anywhere near home. The rally burgers we terrible and seemed like they had been made for awhile. They were poorly put together as well. The fries were okay but were cold as well. Employee at the window wasn't very engaging or friendly. Big disappointment altogether.

Rude staff. Burgers were overloaded with mayo and catchup. Fries were so overcooked that there was zero moisture left in them.
I ordered the smokey bbq buford. Asked for no pickels and no tomatoes. I received a burger with pickels and tomatoes and without bbq sauce. It was also cold.

Okay we when through the drive through and it was ai so like a restaurant with a ai in the drive through and the ai did not understand anything so we where waiting for 10 minutes and to take our orders and we had to tell them what we wanted at the window so that was super unprofessional. i will NOT BE COMING BACK. get rid of the ai like tf?? . but at least we got out food. ??

We visited around 4:30 today & it was not busy. Ordered two fry lovers XL only & the fries were old and just dropped in grease so they were hot. They were literally chips and not edible at all. For 10 dollars, that was the worst experience I’ve had at rally’s.
