The only complaint i have is the high chair we used didn't look like it had been cleaned in ten years. We used 6 alcohol cleaning wipes on it before putting our son in it. The rest of the place was clean.

Raw chicken every time I come im so done with this place. How do you mess up chicken tenders? Just pure lazy nasty workers and honestly the parking lot is trash.The inside is trash.I don't even know why I order from here next time I'll starve.

Customers service is terrible. Employees are always on their phone and food wasn’t really cooked all the way. Oh yea also place is really dirty and who ever she is that took my order was on her phone while I’m placing my order I had to repeat myself 3 time to her because she on her phone.

This location no longer serves ice cream, which is a bummer. I didn't know that when I ordered and was charged for it, and then another employee, maybe manager, came and said they did a refund for the ice cream. I have yet to see the refund, but it could just take a few more days. They also almost forgot my wings and so I had to wait longer in which the rest of the food was almost cold.

And again I go to a restaurant and they currently cannot do their damn job I don't understand why you hire incompetent employees that can't seem to make an order of the way it was requested it's apparent I don't get to eat rallies anymore because this particular location does not know how to make their food it's a waste of time to make a complaint to them because they just don't seem to care

It was 7:34 pm I just got back from working out and I was Rallys dining area was closed 2 and a half hours early..So I ride my bike through the drive thru and order some food. As soon as I get up to the window to pay, the " whopper flopper" at the window slams the window closed and tells me he can't serve me unless I am in a car. I tried to explain to him the situation and he turned his back to me and ignored me until I left.. So became I cannot afford a car right now I am being punished and refused service.

This place needs to hire people that want to do their jobs. I understand it's flipping burgers. But the service was lacking. Oh if I'm paying for a large combo meal I want my frys to be how not cold frys that have been sitting.

This location makes up their own rules. Placed a online order, paid, pulled up and they wanted to charge me again. Told me I had to come inside for all online orders. Left me waiting with no care of FAST food. Topped it off with skimpy amount of fries. This location closes at 2am so what's up if I place a order at midnight..That will not happen because this is my last visit to this location. I already fired Hubard n High so Georgesville is the lone survivor. Lastly, this location is all about them and their laziness..no care for the customer.
