I went to buy something to eat at the time there was an accident but I waited for the accident to happen and when I got to the window the crazy old white woman yelled at me as if I was to blame for the accident that’s how they treat their customers if they don’t want to work what do they work for

Came to pick up an order sat outside the pick up window for over five minutes in the cold employees kept looking at me and ignoring me and when they finally came to the window they were extremely rude telling me to get back in my car and I am not allowed at the window. Then proceeded to wait in my car for over 45 minutes while the employees refuse to make the order while there are no other customers. Repeatedly tried to call the store but kept saying the line was busy which makes me think they shut the phones off, i hope to never come here again as a customer or a delivery driver. At the end of it all after waiting over 45 minutes I canceled the order and left. This has by far been the worst experience I have every had at any establishment.

11/2/2025 I stopped here around 4am because it had been a long night in the ER for my little one .. upon arrival the intercom said we are closed as I proceed to drive off slowly a lady came on and said how may she take my order I back up to the intercom and she go extremely ruled for no reason as I was telling her sorry I didn't know you were still open and told her she don't have to be rude she told me to get out of her line as I pull up to the window to let her know what I was trying to explain she grabs a phone and try calling the police on me . I don't live on this side I was just stopping to get my two youth children something to eat I had just so happen to see a car in line and my 9 year old son really wants Rally's it is his favorite place to eat but we haven't been in a year the night lady should be fired who is she to dismiss someone from eating. At the end of the day please be nice to people you don't know what someone is already going through we ended up just going to white Castle that had much more better customers service. Reading past reviews this women been a issue before

Reviewing this as a DoorDash delivery driver on behalf of my customer. Pick up instructions are not clear and are very inconsistent as their lobby/walk up is closed. Instructions to use the left lane and stop at the speaker. Sat there for three minutes and was way forward because they don’t listen to that speaker or communicate.Waited at the window another five minutes and the order that I received was ice cold. Rallys, do better!
I don’t know who they have making cheeseburgers but this looks disgusting.

Update to review 7 years ago: 10/2/25 around 11ish am stopped by due lunch with my mom. Drive thru staff was the most unfriendly. I pulled up to the window after ordering she said the total at the window instead of at the speaker so therefore i was not ready. I got my money out she snatched my bills and damn near threw my change and food at me thru my window and walked away. No thank you boo nothing. Smh its not many Rallys left you would think and expect better but then again 🤷🏽♀️. Just sad.
The after taste to my banana milk shake was like lead an very soupy I opened it to look at it an saw a hair uuuggh the fries an burger were the farthest from fresh. Burger was not hot fries were hot but hard. I was on my way to work and didn't have time to turn around and go back to work. Got to work and called but of course no answer. $7.28 straight to the trash very disappointed. There is no Rally's where I live so I went out of my way to waste my money.
