I’ve been coming here a lot lately. Food is always great and service is good (employee with moustache is awesome). Wish the atmosphere around the store was better but the food and prices make up for it.

I was in there today In the lil lobby they have I came with my dog I order some food the tall black guy wearing a gray shirt was really rude and I saw him drop some food on the floor and pick it up and an put it his firer the guy was cussing it was very inappropriate! Ordered my food and there were 2 cars in front of me. Once I received my food, my fries were cold (not even luke warm) and so was my Spicy Chicken sandwich. I wasted my money that night...didnt even eat the food...

Dear Rally’s Corporate Team,
I am writing to report a very concerning and unsafe experience at one of your locations. When I went to pick up my order at night, I was threatened by individuals associated with the store. They made gun gestures with their hands and intimidated customers. It felt like a very dangerous environment.
In addition, the employees appeared to be under the influence, and some were even smoking weed inside. This is not only unprofessional but also unsafe for customers who expect a clean and welcoming environment.
I strongly urge you to look into the hiring and management practices at this location. Customers should not have to feel scared for their safety when simply trying to get food.

Only ordered 5 items ....2 plain hot dogs ...1 w/ ketchup and mustard ....and a rally burger no cheese no mustard ....and fries .....all the hot dogs had ketchup and mustard...and u guessed it the burger had cheese n mustard also :/

Rude went 8/15 @ 9pm tried to get three meals and the guy taken the order act like he had an issue when I was just trying make sure he got my order right considering he never repeated back to me just had me pull up, he kept huffing and puffing like is was a problem so I left with no food.....very disappointed in the attitude...
