After standing on the inside vestibule lobby area to order a simple loaded fries and mozzarella sticks with 2 drinks for what seemed like an eternity, I noticed the ceiling was leaking and they had a towel stuffed in it to help absorb water? Idk. Seems gross to watch water drip from a kitchen ceiling. To add to this lovely experience, we ordered a sprite and a coke and were given flat “lemon lime soda” poured from a 2 liter bottle and flat “cola” also poured from a 2 liter bottle. That’s literally not what we ordered. A totally unsanitary and just plain ghetto operation that left a terrible taste in my mouth. No pun intended.

The food is absolutely disgusting and they can’t seem to ever get an order right. The biggest issue is the trash, their dumpster is always overflowing. You find the trash from their dumpster half a block away. Can this place just go away please?

Good customer service but my food was wrong. All I got was two coneys? How do you mess up hot dogs? I called because I paid for cheese and to tell them I DID NOT WANT KETCHUP, no answer. Lemonade isn’t sweet what a waste of time and money

They had a bad attitude and got my order wrong and got mad at me for there mistake. And she was a manager. I didn’t want to eat any more lost my appetite right now
Not a bad place to go but the food experience tonight was not great usually I get the baconzilla and I order it mustard ketchup and cheese sauce only and they still sometimes ask if I want bacon but I do this and the guy says so no mayo I thought ok I guess we'll I was wrong this is my no mayo sandwich on a plus the fries were fresh
