First time here! Food was really good and you get a good amount. Had the Pelican, which is one of their top meals, turkey sandwich and chips. Our guy did everything to make it a great meal. Ordered a drink he wasn't familiar with but did a great job with it. Best part? The baklava. It is probably the best I've had!

Been coming to the Red Door for 30 plus years. Always loved the 60's vibe and old-timey cozy mom and pop atmosphere. Food was always average but enjoyed the place anyway. First - atmosphere: We came Saturday night. Haven't been there for a long time but the feel has changed. Still had the old booths but they opened up the wall between the dining rooms and a lot of the coziness disappeared through that opening. The biggest thing is the lighting. The cute old hanging fixtures are still there but they've got those horrible LED lightbulbs in them now. Ugh!!!!! It felt like we were in a stadium. Cold, white, too bright glaring lights!! We could see from the outside how bright they were! At least they could tone them down with dimmers, but maybe they don't dim. So we were surrounded with electromagnetic radiation while we ate - awful. Changes the whole feel of the restaurant. And the front is all open now - they took the curtains off the windows which made it feel homey. Also - too many TVs!!!! And they were all on and too loud. Fine around the bar, but must they be right above the table too? I guess people today prefer constant video entertainment instead of trying to talk to each other. I guess we are just old fashioned not to want televisions every 2 feet. So it was disappointing to find the old cozy place didn't feel that way any more. The food was better than we expected however. I got the fish and chips and husband got the shrimp dinner. Both were good. Cole slaw was excellent and fries were crisp. Food server from Albania was very sweet and did a good job. And there was a nice selection of beers on tap. So, overall - change the lighting, at least mute some of the TVs and that would improve things tremendously!

Super yummy place. Vibes are chill and relaxed. Can sit at the bar for drinks or have a nice dinner. You have to try the red door egg rolls! Delicious.

Rediscovering Red Door Tavern after a long while was a decision that left us absolutely delighted. Starving and in search of a satisfying meal, this tavern was a reminder of how a spontaneous dining choice can turn into a wonderfully memorable experience. The ambiance of Red Door Tavern immediately enveloped us in its cozy and inviting atmosphere. It's the kind of place that feels both familiar and exciting, perfect for unwinding after a busy day.Our server was a standout aspect of our visit. With their attentive and kind approach, they ensured our dining experience was exceptional. It's a rare joy to encounter service that makes you feel genuinely cared for, and our server at Red Door Tavern did just that.As for the meal, the burger and beer were simply fantastic. The burger was a masterclass in flavor and juiciness, satisfying our hunger beyond expectations. Paired with a perfectly chilled beer from their impressive selection, it was the epitome of a classic, comforting tavern meal.Though I noticed the iconic red door was no longer part of the entrance, the essence of what makes Red Door Tavern a special place still shines through in its warm hospitality and delicious food.In sum, our visit to Red Door Tavern was a wonderful experience. It's a place where great food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere come together to create a dining experience that's hard to beat. Whether you're a regular or just passing through, Red Door Tavern is sure to impress. I'm eagerly looking forward to returning!

Been three times now but I'm disappointed with the service. It's good food but the cleanliness, quality of service, and accuracy let's the experience down.

Went there after lunch hours. There were still several tables of people and people at the bar. We were seated immediately. The menu covers about anything you want. Burgers are good. My son had the Philly steak sandwich. He said it was good and tasty. I had Bobcat burger with chips. Chips were good! His fries were also very good and I don't like fries! There's a full bar for adult beverages. The wait staff was excellent at keeping an eye on not only our table but ALL tables and what was needed before you had a chance to ask!Parking: Small lot behind the restaurant as well as on street parking.

The service makes up for the corner bar aroma. It's a solid place to stop and enjoy a beverage.

I love the north for The taverns alone! Great service wonderful food Good little place great food! The potato skins are the best I have ever had and the club sandwich was awesome too. Thick Turkey. It has all the good stuff for a great tavern.

Went the for the first time the other day because we wanted something more affordable after seeing how outrageous buffalo wild wings food prices were now a days (10 wings for $16!!! TF?!). I've always wanted to go here but always forgot about it. We were super happy with the environment the bar has, was chill vibes. Our bartender was fantastic, and the food was even better. Their wings are top notch if you get them without sauce on them, and their Albanian sauce was good too (was kind of like a buffalo). We also got a BLT (which has just as much bacon as the pictures showed), and a French dip (was solid, the au jus was fantastic!) With onion rings (also good). We will definitely come back again in the near future!
