If you haven’t been to the Red Lobster in Columbus Ohio located on Hamilton Road you’re missing out! The food was 🔥 and the service from Haylei took it up another level with her hands on, and courteous service from the moment I visited. Keep Haylei and the cooks happy because they made my trip there worth it.

Terrific dinner experience on 11/23. Tobi was our waitress and she was the best. We laughed and enjoyed talking to her. She was a pure delight. We are going to ask for her specifically next time. We typically go to the Grove City location but she made the dinner top notch. The food was great. The Lobster flatbread and their holiday drink was very good. The food was hot and good. The only downfall was the cleanliness. Some of the seats at the tables were dirty.

Sucks this only goes up to 5. Tobi is an amazing server and deserves at least 6 stars. Humorous, very knowledgeable of the menu and dishes. Ive had better Red Lobsters but I would come back just for Tobi!
