Absolutely Terrible! How are we going to call to see if your open Reb Lobster said, "yes." My fiancé as myself got to two babies in be car to get there and then they said there closed after we drive all that way. How about not lying to customers!

Good food and service, I never have to wait long to be seated. Servers are always polite and attentive, very large restaurant, I've never seen it busy or full.

Food was not good. Waste of money. Fish was rubbery and not edible. Lobster wasn't cooked well. One steak was over done the other rare. Both were ordered the same way. I would find a different restaurant next time. They also said they do not take reservations. No idea why they are in this app if that didn't matter.

Always a winner here. Food is great, and our server the other day was fantastic! I wish I could remember her name, but she was super cheerful and attentive. This location never lets down. Thank you!!!!

Great experience! Can't get enough of those biscuits! My nephew wanted nothing other than Red Lobster for his birthday because of them. He's 5! We had his birthday dinner here. Tyler outdid himself, and his extra hands were just as friendly! Tyler was patient and informative! I'd come back just for Tyler's service! Ps. I'm a vegetarian and I'm scared of some seafood. Lol.

Ugh, where to start... we walked in to a almost completely empty restaurant, with only a few booths occupied and yet the server stated they were "slammed". I thought he must be joking at first, but nope! It took forever to get our drinks from the bar and the second round was cancelled as it took too long.The food is relatively pricey, yet mostly seems to be frozen seafood fried up. Very average and not delicious. Oh, and they also forgot to serve a side item.It's been over 10 years since I stepped a foot into a Red Lobster, and it will be another 10 until I do again.

Almost didn't get in they had a carry out sign only on the door but they saw us before we left.. as they only had one server they weren't taking tables but a large party had just left and they let us in for the shrimp fest

Had to wait 20mins for a table, when plenty tables were available. Short staffed and a lot of the food items were out of stock.They were so short staffed, they put a sign on the door saying "Take Out Orders Only"

Food was only mediocre. For $85 I did expect a little better quality. Cheddar biscuits were good and the sides were okay but the seafood itself was poor.

Ordered take away and was extremely disappointed. The biscuits lacked flavor, my broiled rainbow trout lacked flavor and my daughter's Parrot Bay Shrimp lacked the signature coconut flavor. The baked potato appeared to have been an older potato that had been microwaved prior to placing it with my trout. My wife's Cole slaw was also horrible (perhaps spoiled?). The brussel sprouts were so saturated with sugar, I could only eat a tiny bit. My hope is that this was a one-time occurrence and not indicative of a degradation of quality.

My last review about the Hamilton Rd location still stands. This is the Rt. 161 location I'm reviewing today. The company showed that it cared about my previous disappointment in the Hamilton Rd location. I decided to try another location. This time I ordered Salmon, potato and Cole slaw. Everything was super delicious. THIS is what I remember having back in the day. I guess restaurants are owned differently and they operate differently. Some care and some don't. I will be visiting this Rt. 161 location instead. You should too. Happy eating.

The restaurant was extremely clean and our Asian waiter was extremely nice and attentive and I could have mistaken him for the owner because that's exactly how he presented himself. I haven't been to a red lobster in probably 15 years but I am impressed. Oh, the food was great too!
