Very disappointed. The service was great but the food .... The Seafood Boil was over priced and disappointing. There was no meat in the crab legs.

I just ordered from Red Lobster Polaris, via Uber Eats. 1st time I ordered from there via Uber....I ordered 2 seafood linguini pasta dishes and 1 dozen cheddar biscuits, a side of broccoli and 2 side caesar salads and 2 pepsi's. Do better Polaris. My order was $87 Not including delivery tip. The pasta dishes were ok. Edible but bland. Better once doctored up with a little cajun seasoning. the broccoli was fine. I like to add broccoli to the Alfredo. the side salads which cost $6 went straight in the trash immediately upon opening. wilted a lot of brown and disgusting looking. Wouldn't even feed it to Rocky, our dog. I did buy the 1 dozen cheddar bay biscuits because I didn't see that any would come with the meals. Don't treat to go orders like they are not as worthy as dine in orders. Serve fresh side salads and package nicely like you care. Otherwise you'll eventually find your location shut down like several others. i really wanted a side salad but instead it was fed to my trash and too gross looking to chance eating.

I told our server, Majada, that this was probably the best service I’ve ever had in any restaurant. We could ask for something and it would simply appear. She seemed genuinely concerned about whether we were enjoying our food (which was delicious, BTW.). She kept our drinks full, the hot biscuits coming, and kept a smile on her face. Her enthusiasm was something you rarely see nowadays. When I say five stars, I sincerely mean it! Would come back again just to be treated so well.

I don't eat in; I always pick up inside. I tried to order online but it never seems to go through properly - so I end up ordering on the phone.

I've been eating the boils; the meal is plentiful and tasty I know you can't have a photo because we eat it all...

Majada was an amazing waitress! We came in an hour before close, the day before Thanksgiving, and she was still bright and welcoming. Will return especially because of the customer service!

We visited Polaris pkwy Red Lobster location today for the first time.
I am a vegetarian but my kiddo loves to eat seafood & meats.
Our wonderful
Server Ashaunti was absolutely fantastic. She helped us choose the food item with all the meat my kiddo wanted. She kept the delicious biscuits coming the whole time.
Fantastic service & delicious food.
We would highly recommend this location to everyone.
My son was so full that he did not even order dessert.

Majada was our waitress tonight and she was absolutely amazing! She was attentive and super friendly! She took care of things before we even asked and brought everyone drinks to-go. Best service we’ve ever had at any restaurant for sure!
