Finally made it over to Red Rabbit! They have a small, hand crafted menu of delicious ramens. I’ve tried the TanTan and the Curry, both with pork belly, and they were both out of this world. And the charred shishito peppers are a fun addition. Location is EXCELLENT, as it shares a space with Echo Spirits Distilling Co, so you can pair your ramen up with a next level cocktail ((or mocktail)). Xavy and Blaine are the nicest humans ever and I’ll definitely be back soon!
Genuinely one of the hidden gems of the Columbus Ramen scene. I got the spicy miso and holy heck, that thing was so flavorful and had a serious (but not painful) kick. Really high grade broth and noodles. One of the best in the city. Not to mention they are super super friendly. Give this place a go!
