I got a email for a birthday coupon. I wanted to celebrate my birthday there because of so let me tell you this was the worst experience I ever had I just got up and left. My first bad encounters was the first host( African-American women with twist/locs) was rude for no reason about seating arrangements saying clearly you want to sit here so let’s sit here when she gave us a option where to sit but I just blew it off and sat there, remind you she sat us by the restrooms when there was dozens of other booths and that was not at all where we wanted to sit. So I reach for iPad for my rewards thinking that’s where I needed to login in and the waitress( bigger set white women with black/purple hair) snatched the iPad out my hand with no words and continued to not even address me when asking for beverages or food I held back from throwing that iPad at her ignorant self and just decided to walk out before things got worse. Terrible experience on my birthday at that would never recommend.

This location has gone severely downhill. The staff is either undertrained or they just don't care. Service times are slow every time I've been in. Prices have gone through the roof, and the value just isn't there anymore. Red Robin used to be a great, affordable family restaurant.

We were told by our server that the manager would not allow our appetizer to come out until our entire order was ready. The server cried at our table. When our food finally arrived it was all cold our daughter's Chicken tenders were burnt and the server said I hope its not too disappointing. I advise not going here.

Wow, the food was great but vacuuming while people are eating nearby. Than they give you a welcome speech saying that they are going to bring free fires to welcome you back, MONEY for any of the tables. Than our glasses ran out of water, big no no. Than we had to get the waiters attention just to get some more salad. Than one worker YELLED across the restaurant to see if she was selling candy bars for her kids school where she than yelled back across the restaurant the answer. Now that was a FIRST and this will be the last time that we come to this location. Unprofessional on so many levels!

Food was served extremely fast which should been fist clue it was not fresh. Onion rins and burgers had no semblance of heat.... cold... burrrrr....booo!

I have celiac disease and need to be careful with gluten and cross contamination. Red Robin offers gluten free options and dedicated fryers which is usually great. This location has unfortunately glutened me twice within the past year, first with including breaded jalapeno coins in my burger, and then with giving me a normal gluten bun instead of a gluten free bun.
If you have any allergies, be careful with this location.

Watch your bills!! We had $19.55 (before tax) of items we didn’t consume on our bill tonight. Tried to pay on the tablet as we were tired of waiting . Noticed the discrepancies and had to ask the hostess to get us a check. Found it extremely odd our server knew exactly what should be taken off before we even had time to say what it was. She had her pen in her hand marking off drinks before I said, “the entertainment fee is not the issue.” Yes… they’re charging a $3.99 entertainment fee- why? Server was also nowhere to be found multiple times- heard this from other staff as well. Meals were wrong, refills were wrong or not complete. Messaged corporate and got an immediate response. This is the only positive.. Hopefully this was a one off and this doesn’t/has not happened to others trusting their servers are being honest. Disappointed to say the least.

Service was good but we had issues. Ordered the Brussel sprouts as an appetizer and 2 burgers. The burgers came out and we had to ask if the app was coming out. She said she'd go check. What she brought back was a cold basket of Brussel sprouts and what made it worse was that there were only a handful. $10 and it didn't even cover the bottom of the basket. I told the server it was cold so she took it off the bill and had it remade. She brought back a FULL basket of them and fresh too! So that was great I wish I had gotten a pic of the difference. Bugers were mid at best, definitely not what Red Robin used to be.

Oh and we looked over from the booth we were in and there are cobwebs that have been there a while. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

I have been to this Red Robin several times, I enjoy their food and bottomless menu. This trip was amazing all do to our server Steven. I have never had service this good anywhere I have ever went. He greeted us within the first minute of sitting down he was super friendly and welcoming. Got is our drinks right away, got our appetizers in Quickly also. He was very attentive and consistent with checking in on us. He got the food out to us it was hot and delicious. He truly made this experience a great one...if you go ask for Steven I swear you won't be disappointed. Thank you Steven for making one of my favorite spots to eat even better. I wish there were more servers like him!!!!!
