Not only was the food DELICIOUS, but Kendra the server was AMAZING! She was quick and very attentive. To make our EXPERIENCE even more PLEASURABLE, the Manager(Andrew B Orton) engaged with every customer. It was as though we've always known him. AWESOME SERVICE THROUGHOUT. We will DEFINITELY return!

Not busy on a Monday night. My son and I popped in for my birthday burger meal. I soon realized why we don't pop in more frequently.
Almost $4 for a drink when my son ordered the corn dog nugget kids meal. The waitress decided to bring him a large glass. That makes it easier on her not to have to refill the drink as often, but makes me pay more- no thank you!
My blu burger... sooooo much bread!!! The bread was overwhelming- the sloppy toppings so overwhelming I could not taste the meat.
I ditched the bun after 2 bites and just used a fork to eat the burger and insides separately.
In my opinion, a normal smaller bun would showcase the burger, these brioche buns are just making up in volume and overwhelm the actual burger offering.
The fries are okayish. They are standard frozen steak fries,nothing special and honestly, neither my son nor I wanted more and didn't finish all they originally provided.
The staff seemed okay- aside from the waitress not asking if we wanted the free cup or not. I am not a fan of wait staff asking if someone is finished if they have a mouth full of food...some folks don't eat as fast as others. Try and be more observant, so as not to make the people feel they have to be rushed.
When with my meal being free, the whole burger and fries was not worth the time spent or the value of my sons corn dog and drink meal $11 to say I would rank this as better than a cheaper burger at a fast food joint.
Now, if you want a balloon and to play a few games, that looked like fun. They do offer some up charges to the meal. But overall it was less than special.
Dietary restrictions: They do offer salad and vegetables as sides.
Parking: Oh my gosh! The potholes in this lot and around it are ginormous- keep your eye out.
Kid-friendliness: Super kiddo friendly, just make sure you get the free kids cup.

Burgers are great, fries are excellent. My kids go crazy for the shakes, I wish I could have one, but it would kill me. I love the onion rings it's just that for 4 people eating a burger fries and shake it cost over 120 not including tip.

Always get really good service here. It's often slow and the dining area isn't very clean most of the time...BUT the service is always spot-on, friendly, and helpful as far as recommendations go. Despite the other items, we always will stop here for a good burger option.

We ordered the Tuesday $10 Cheeseburger. Previously, the burger has been normal size with a reasonable serving of fries. I'm not sure what happened today, but the order was like it was ordered from the Kids Menu. The burger was small and the fries were limited. Our waiter was not the one that served the food, so I don't know if the mistake was in the kitchen or in the service. Hopefully, Red Robin has not reduced the size of the meal to offset the price reduction. After this disappointment, we will find another place for lunch.

The restaurant was packed but you would never know that. Our drink and food orders were taken right away and we had pretzels and extra fries brought to our table within minutes of us placing our orders. The rest of the food came out about 5-10 minutes later. Nacole was incredible! We never had to ask for anything! She brought refills before we even had a chance to ask, she was constantly checking on us, and pulled empty plates immediately. We cannot wait to come back and we will definitely be requesting her!

I go here almost every week and the service seems to be getting worse. I ordered one burger and one appetizer and I had to wait an hour and a half just for my food to come! I don’t recommend coming to this place on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays because of the wait.
