I never leave reviews and I definitely would never punch down on a small business. Went in yesterday evening and the bartender was incredibly rude. The bar was empty and she refused to tell me what beer options they had, she only would point at signs. “What’s beers do you have on draft?” She just points at the sign. Ridiculous. I left without getting anything. Worst customer service I’ve had anywhere in years.

Herby Deal

This has become one of my Regular places.Edit.The new bartenders are a joke. Tonight, went in, my friend asked the bartender (red hair, didn't get name) what ipa options were available. The bartender said "Elvis juice" without even looking at my friend, practically mumbling it under her breath. When he asked what the other 10+ taps were, she pointed at the sign that listed them, but didn't say a word. Keep in mind, the bar was empty. Disgusting customer service, maybe she was having a bad day, but we left. Can't support a business that allows their bartenders to treat their customers like gum on their shoes.Also. I quit coming here because of this behavior and mistreating my brother for being a big guy, like Really big but nobody in a professional establishment should be so so judgemental. I used to be a regular. Even the GM knew me. It's a Disgrace. SORRY NOT SORRY.

Great local spot

I mean, its a dive bar. As far as dive bars go, it's got some interesting character (and characters) inside, had a shot + beer special at noon, and had some surprisingly tasty wings.

Jason was an awful bartender. What was a simple miscommunication turned into what I felt was near verbal assault. He was tremendously rude and threw my ID across the table. I want him to understand no one has a monopoly on rudeness. Lucky for him, I have decorum and know how to compose myself when situations become difficult. Small tip for Jason, If you’re triggered by an interaction, I would advise that you walk away so as not to ruin the customer experience. Whoever is planning to go, please bear in mind that Jason (bald guy) is an awful person that treats people terribly. But other than that, great drinks at great prices!

I just love the name for multiple reasons; it is where I do my rehabilitation from my traumatic brain injury through talking to everyone! I also was told by my TBI counselor that maybe I could find friends at 'Rehab'! I for some reason suspect a bar with the name 'Rehab' was not what she meant!Location is in a prime location with the proximity to downtown and if you are up for a hike the arena district!Bartenders are great! I enjoy talking with them!

Glad to see they got rid of a bartender there..she was Horrible and her personality sucked!! I've stayed away because of her but since I heard she's gone, I've been back and so have many of my friends.

If you want fancy beer with people waring name tags go next door. If you want a cheap drink in a dirty glass and a bartender that ignores people for hours come to Rehab!

Drinks are cheap. Bartenders are pretty bad.

It's a great place off the beaten path.

Great staff and Alex is the best bartender here! They even have BrewDog beers cheaper than BrewDog themselves across the street. Great vibe and music. Pool table, video games, patio, and a stage for what seems like might be live music. Worth adding to your bar crawl in Franlkington.
