Long time patron and just visited the new Gahanna location and… it’s cute - a much larger space but wildly inefficient and is missing the local mom&pop feel. Same number system but they pull donuts from the open racks vs the enclosed case. Eeeyuckkk! Instead they have these display donuts lol so unnecessary for the product they’re selling. And there was only a single cashier so we’re left there standing looking silly while they fetch our order then wait in another line to wait to be checked out.
I don’t know whose decision this was but they definitely have some kinks to work out. And having any kinks is crazy when you’ve been doing this fine in a smaller space for yearsss! We’re traveling further to get worse service. Doesn’t make sense.

My family and I went to Blacklick Canopy Walk and came here afterwards. My sister wanted me to try the cinnamon walnut rugelach and it was so good. Would gladly come back for that one in particular. The apricot may have been better without the raisin but it was better than the raspberry one. Would come back for the cinnamon walnut rugelach! Can see why it’s a staple in town!

Awesome selection of donuts. Fresh and tasty. Busy place but efficient ordering process (take a number) . Could be 5 stars if prices were even close to reasonable. One dozen of the specialty donuts was $38. I got a dozen and a half mixed donuts for $50. Great donuts, too expensive.

Resch’s is the BEST around for cakes, donuts, cupcake's & their cookies are amazing also!!! I think the icing has almond flavoring which amps up the flavor!!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED with anything you purchase from Resch’s!!!
Service is top notch, the bakery goods are fresh and .outh watering, they are the best for any celebration, my husband and I are true fans ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I think they have the best glazed donuts in the city. The service can be hit or miss. I've had an overzealous manager try to win an argument she started in her own head. I've also had really sweet cashiers cash me. It's very much hit or miss.
