I had a reservation for 11 3:45. I had to wait over a hour to be seated. The hostess was very rude. When asked for some water while seated outside it took forever. When the bills came out they were wrong. The overall experience was terrible. I would recommend some customer service classes on how to communicate with your guests.

I was pleased to find d this restaurant and was looking forward to dine there. It was unusual to find a rooftop restaurant. I was glad we were inside because storms had passed through the area. But inside, at the table where we were seated I felt a constant cool breeze and I felt cold from the air flow. I couldn't identify where it was from because the a/c vents were in the floor and perhaps the airflow went to the ceiling and was reflected back down. It was a distraction. I would recommend being careful to choose a table. The food was good tasting (I had salad with grilled salmon) but a bit on the small side.

Always have great service but this was even better than usual. We were cold and the manager came over and brought a blanket and was so nice and accommodating. Our server was wonderful and very attentive. Such a good experience
Wonderful experience celebrating my sisters 27th birthday. The waitress was so kind and easy to talk to. She answered all of our questions about the menu and gave us some helpful and delicious suggestions. 10/10

Beautiful restaurant with delicious food . The entrees don't come with sides so it can be pricey . We had the best waiter Alejandro . He had a great personality and was very knowledgeable. We'll definitely be going there again .

Awesome dining experience. The ambience was spectacular, the server was gracious, the stake was well-grilled, juicy and sumptuous. The truffle fries were a gift to the palette and the mushroom was tongue-pleasing masterpiece. Ended the evening with a warm chocolate cookie, encapsulating the evening with sweet sensation.

This is always a unique place to either have a drink or choose from the amazing menu. The Burrata and peppers are fantastic. If you're looking for something light, try the shaved vegetable salad. The dressing is light with a citrus twist. Great for Summer! Lobster Rolls and the steak sandwich are always excellent. Our server Vinnie, was great. Very friendly and great service.
The overall experience was wonderful. The staff was amazing and so helpful! The food is good for the price I honestly think because you're also paying for the experience. I had the salmon and it was a big portion and there sides are huge as well. Although, my friend got a salad and added salmon and it was not really cooked all the way at all. Which is okay considering you can eat salmon raw just wasn't what we were expecting and ruined her dinner a little. The staff and environment really made the night though!

We were celebrating our anniversary at RH and it was outstanding. The staff was great in making us feel welcome. The server was great and was patient by letting us enjoy our drinks and letting us order when we were ready. The food was excellent. Since we have dined there before we knew the decor and we always enjoy the atmosphere.
This is a gorgeous setting so for ambiance you must go at least once. Drinks were good about the same price as other “nice” restaurants Crispy artichoke app was interesting- we ate it all not sure would get it again Main- it was amazing glorified roast beef sandwich- not worth $20. Boars head makes a better roast beef Yummy sweet potato fries Limited menu Chocolate chip cookie served warm delicious Will go again to sit outside and enjoy a drink and appetizer
The most gorgeous dining experience. Go for the ambience! Food is lackluster. Would highly suggest going for drinks only ?? Possibly the most boring salmon dish I've ever had. Service was good!

This is a beautiful space and very comfy! I wilmm on go again on special occasions... the food is good... but it's high priced and not as good as other Gourmet restaurants. But having said that... I'll try lunch or brunch next time. You really cannot beat the atmosphere and that they managed that all while making the guests cozy! I absolutely LOVE it!

The food was excellent, but portion size does not match price. Today, two little kids were permitted to play in the fountain and toss the rocks, splashing those trying to eat. Finally, after 20 minutes someone with RH asked them to stop. Should've been asked to stop immediately.
