Food was not Cameron level, but price was. Not prepared as ordered. Water glass went empty. Sides came a few minutes after entree. Beautiful place, but they should probably rent it to a better restaurateur.

We brought a couple celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary - the couples hubbies birthday & my 60th bday. They'd never been we have eaten here before . We ordered appetizers & meals . One person Gluten free & server was very attentive . Unfortunately meals came out ahead of apps & no sides with main meals. We questioned if really our meals - nice young man says yes / sorry . We eventually received all food ordered . Server comped desserts & apps . We weren't upset just not correct. I had shrimp appetizer before & loved it - this time dry / overcooked but all other food & desserts were very delicious !!!! We live an hour away & have come here for a special occasions . Overall lovely evening- attentive staff & beautiful place - recommend it highly ! !

Well let's see, you can't ask for bread, you have to order one of the charcuterie boards to get it. Don't ask for soup, they don't have any. No mixed drinks. Waited forever for the waitress to come back so we could get some dressing to dip fries in or ketchup. Fries were long gone before we ever saw her again. Glad we got to see it at night. It's beautiful. I probably won't go back as it was also unbelievably expensive. I got a French dip sandwich. Has NO sides with it. $28

Food was great, service was good. Party of 8, 6 drinks came out (mostly coffees) the other two lagged by 5 minutes easily. Same thing on the entrees, 7 came out and the eggs Benedict dragged heavily, mind you there were two steak and eggs at the table, so how all that food beat out a Benny by 5-7 mn is weird. They did comp the Benedict which was nice but def should have happened. Overall good experience, food was good but pricey but we knew that going into it.

Frist time going here. I love aesthetically pleasing places. I only gave 4 stars due to food being a la cart and not an actual meal. Do not come starving, unless you want to pay a nice hefty bill for 3 to 5 items excluding drinks. Menu had a small variety, not much to choose from. I did not get any adult drinks. Food was flavorful and decent portion size. I ordered the jumbo 8 piece grilled shrimp main dish with truffle fries. Our server was very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Ambience is upscale, elegance. They request business casual or formal attire. Too cold to be on rooftop area, but I will be back to try other things on menu.

the food itself was not a bad experience for me and my boyfriend but the service was atrocious. we were sat next to the fountain when there were plenty of open seats elsewhere where we wouldn’t have gotten wet and also our waiter took 15-20 minutes to finally greet himself to us. We had never been and this was an anniversary dinner so we wanted to create memories with photography and videos and we were then told that we would be escorted out if we continued to film or even take pictures. We chose to respect the establishment but then were quickly disappointed to see other couples and people in a specific demographic being allowed to take video and take pictures. I don’t see myself ever stepping foot again if they can’t give the same respect and courtesy to people of color as they do for white folks.

We actually walked out before we even ordered. They sat us directly next to the big fountain. Not only was it freezing but the water pressure was so high it was splashing all over us and getting us wet. It took about 15 minutes for our server to ever come and we could finally ask to move. After we moved tables, our server gave us our menus and said she’d be right back with some waters and to take our drink order. I’m not kidding, we sat there for 20 minutes and she never came back. We saw her just standing in the corner talking with another waiter. I even made eye contact and try to waive her over and she ignored us. So at this point, we were there around 40 minutes and didn’t even have waters. During that time, we looked over the menu and couldn’t even find anything that sounds appetizing. I could tell by looking at the menu that they were clearly going to be extremely overpriced for poor quality food. This was an anniversary dinner for us, so we didn’t want overpriced mediocre food. After waiting that long and not even having a water to drink, we got up and walked out. We went across the street to Cut 132 (which we love) and got an absolutely phenomenal dinner with good service. I can safely say we will never try to eat at a furniture store restaurant again lol

Absolutely unacceptable experience at RH Columbus.
I visited on 11/1/2025 around 5 PM and was served a burger that was completely raw inside — not rare, not pink, but cold and uncooked in the center. I have photo evidence and became physically sick shortly after eating it (I threw up within the hour).

I immediately notified RH and spoke directly with Bill Slosser, Hospitality Leader for the Columbus location. He apologized and told me directly that he would “make it right” and issue a gift card for the incident.

After that conversation, he completely stopped responding and has now left me on read with no follow-up, no resolution, and no concern whatsoever. To promise a resolution for a confirmed food safety issue and then disappear is beyond unprofessional — it’s dangerous.

This was not just bad service — this was a serious food-safety failure followed by a complete lack of accountability from management. For a brand that positions itself as luxury, this was honestly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. I expected transparency and professionalism, not empty promises and being ignored after getting sick from undercooked food.

Extremely disappointing and deeply concerning.
RH corporate needs to address this location’s food safety and management communication immediately.

Had the best server, Jessica, she was super sweet and made my birthday dinner very enjoyable, she also handled 18 girls each paying separately like a boss, just wanted to give Jessica a shoutout and a thank you!

Pretty terrible. Waited to be seated 30 minutes with reservation. Waited for appetizers for an hour (!!). Waited for mains for another 40 mins. TERRIBLE.

This restaurant is so beautiful and relaxing. The waitress was also so sweet and accommodating. There was a big group of 7 of us and she was so quick with drinks and refills. It was an incredible experience. Love coming here and will be back again!
