I’ve ordered from here twice so far and both times were very good! I had the Tom yum soup and crab rangoons the first order and they were both very good. The crab rangoons were probably the best I’ve had so far! The Tom yum soup was very hot and spicy which was great. The second visit, I had a lunch combo of general tso chicken, fried rice, and hot and sour soup. I liked how soup was an option for a side! The general tso chicken was very good and crispy. I think Rice Kitchen will be one of my regular stops now!

I used to love eating here but lately I've been getting old Seafood that's definitely not good and the rest of it makes me sick like in food poisoning sick. They also where temporarily shut down for a long while last year but ever since they reopened it's just been soo bad.

I'm sorry that my review isn't any better than this but I do miss when I could get lunch here and get dinner for the family.

You can't go in.

The only thing that I do like is that they make a decent crab rangoon.

Lack of communication I am a trucker my clock on my regulated federal FMCSA clock requires me not to be driving around. I called displace three times no answer many rings. There’s such thing it’s called voicemail. You could set it for one or two rings and let us know that you’re closed unreal

Ordered the sweet-and-sour chicken and it was delicious and hot and reasonably priced. It was ready in 10 minutes.

Ordered Kung Pao chicken and it had no flavor, no hot peppers and was cold. I’ve ordered here for years and know Kung pao chicken comes with more sauce and hot peppers. Had to doctor it up myself. I called them about it and they didn’t offer to remake it, so I’m done coming here. And they have the nerve to want tips for a pick up place that sells bland food.

Plenty of other Asian food restaurants around. I recommend any of those over this.

No dine in, but excellent food

It's good

For the price, this might be some of the best Chinese food in Columbus. Ordering can be a struggle, but they’ll get to you, just exercise a little patience. This is my go-to Friday lunch choice!! Heavy recommend on the General Tsos or Sesame chicken.
