I come through the drive thru all the time. I've been CRAVING a blendini (misto) but your location is closed bc it looks like someone backed i to the building by the pick up window. So sad. Can't wait until November 1 when you'll (supposedly) be back open!

Just ate an absolutely delicious mango italian ice after receiving a wonderful recommendation and prompt service from “Fisher” and some lovely humorous charm from another nice young man in the store. Will definitely return. A perfect summer treat

We order the EXACT same item every time we visit, and it’s presented differently with different portions EVERY TIME. I don’t understand how consistency is that much of an issue. Also, when someone orders custard with extra hot fudge and is given a small cup filled with custard and hot fudge completely falling off of the sides, it’s not ideal. We even asked two times for an empty sundae bowl to place it in and she refused to give us one, knowing the fudge was all over our hands as we had to pay for it. It was great to get that much custard, but don’t charge for extra hot fudge when you didn’t even have space on top for the normal amount and now you’re making us walk back to the car with a huge mess. Please improve your customer service and consistency!! I love the product, but this experience was just terrible.

Don't usually leave many positive reviews - but had the pleasure of getting a gelato from Lexi. Tasted great and she had fantastic customer service - not a bad price at all either for how large the servings are !

Tonssss of flavors of custard and Italian ice. Be prepared to drop a few bucks because Rita’s can be a bit pricey. Also be prepared to eat your treats onsite because the ice melts extremely fast and likely won’t make it home!
