Bandit Pizza & Pairings by Rockmill

I used to love Rockmill Tavern, we would go multiple times monthly. I want to give Bandit this same love but they make it impossible because they are never open, even during their posted open hours. They don’t answer the phone or update their phone message or hours online to reflect when they are closed. They are already only open a few days a week and this makes multiple times that I’ve gone when they’re supposed to be open only to find out they are closed. I’ve probably got one more wasted trip in me before I completely give up on them. The food is good but good luck trying any of it.

Big fan of Rockmill for the quality and depth they bring to food/drink. Pizza options were unique and absolutely delicious! The wine list was also unique with thoughtful nuanced wines, not just the sugar bombs you find at most places. I'm also a big fan of the beers, but I had wine tonight. My son also loved his pizza. Rockmill does it right. I'm from Cincinnati, I wish Rockmill was here :)

The pizza is fine. For the price it's too small and not enough toppings. Beer is still great though!Rockmill had always been pricey but the food and beer were excellent. Due to the cost I didn't go as often as I would have liked, but I still went plenty of times. With this pizza, I don't think I'll go back.Buy their beer, visit their brewery, get food elsewhere.

Loved the pizzas that we ordered. Even though Columbus has a lot of pizza options, the ones we ordered were really tasty and different. Glad that Rockmill was able to adapt and reopen the space. Will definitely be ordering again!

Great place!!1st time here and it didn't disappoint. We had a few apps and drinks which were all delicious. Cool environment. I will definitely be back to do dinner soon.

Not saying we were expecting anything for celebrating our engagement at Rockmill tonight but you guys gave nothing from a courtesy perspective or acknowledgment perspective.Also I found out my parents paid for our dinner but our waitress said that only the entrees were covered.The food has gone down hill starting since just before COVID hit. This used to be my go-to place and one of my all time favorite restaurants. Sadly, not anymore.Our experience tonight makes us not want to ever come back to this restaurant ever again.

Really cool place and atmosphere. Food was delicious. I am a huge Belgian beer fan so I was real excited to come here. The beer is just not great. Tried 8 different ones and was disappointed in every one unfortunately

Went on a Saturday night. Sat at the bar. Even though the bartender was busy the service she provided was incredible. Ordered the cuban and it was fresh, tasty and i really enjoyed it. Would highly recommend

This IS a review for the food and the service here, but the main goal of this review is to talk about the impeccable patience of our waiter, Adam. He took our order with great care and with great haste; and when the food came out, it was fantastic.Some backstory: we were somewhat unsure of what time this establishment closed, cause ya with covid, ya never REALLY know, but we were thinking 1am, so that’s what we stuck with.Now that you know the backstory, I’ll continue on with the night.We had finished our food and we were enjoying conversation in the excellent atmosphere that is present at Rockmill Tavern; we were so comfortable and so in a state of enjoyment in the present atmosphere, that before we knew it, it was 11pm, and there was no one else there. That’s when we began to think, you know what, yeah, this place probably doesn’t stay open this late. And it doesn’t. It closes at 10. BUT, our waiter Adam didn’t even bother us for a whole HOUR! I mean come on. If you don’t come in here and shake Adam’s hand, ya done missing out. Obviously don’t take advantage of my guys patience, but like, ya got a good waiter here. Thank you, Adam, and we are sorry.

Absolutely love this place!!! Been here quite a few times, and outside of one experience with a moody/ attitudinal bartender for brunch (maybe just a bad day for him), my experience has been exceedingly noteworthy every time. From the staff to the food, Rockmill is exceptional!!

The food here is OUTSTANDING & the service is awesome. The staff is so friendly, especially the server, Emma!!! One of my fav places in Columbus!
