I haven't been to a roosters in a hot minute. I went to meet a close friend, her dad her new baby and my mom met us there. I'm really picky about my chicken, so I planned on getting a burger, last minute, I switched to the BBQ chicken and bacon with cheese, and lettuce. And I got my dumpster fries. Love me some dumpster fries. Heart attack on a plate. Yum. It was fan-frickin tastic. Chicken was cooked perfectly (doesn't happen at places too often the way I like) fries were great, everything was pretty warm, could have been a bit hotter but not complaining too much. My groups food, everyone said their meals were great, good service, and just an all around nice time.

Party of 12. We were told 30 min wait to be seated. After 30 minutes we are told 30 more. After another 45 minutes we were told we probably would not be able to be seated. Why did you have us wait? Why did you keep seating other guest? I absolutely will never return to this location.

We had exceptional service and consideration at the Henderson Rd location this evening. We had a party of seven for my sons birthday and one of the party had a walker and has difficulty navigating. The servers and hosts went out of their way to find a table that would accommodate our party and made sure my aunt could get in and out easily with her walker. The service was excellent and food came out fast and hot. I just really appreciated how everyone went out of their way to make sure our party was taken care of. We had a superior dining experience.

This Roosters has become my go-to location. I always feel welcome here, and it’s a place I genuinely look forward to visiting. The food is consistently great, but what really sets this location apart is the people—the staff are friendly, attentive, and make every visit enjoyable. I used to frequent the Olentangy location before the fire, but since then I’ve been coming here and have truly grown accustomed to it. A consistently excellent experience all around.
