Their boneless wings used to be the best but the quality has really taken a nosedive. I don’t know what happened if they lost a good cook or what but the last 3-4 months they are overdone every time. Can’t eat half the wing because it’s not even chewable. I will have to try the grove city location next time. I always get take out and staff is always friendly.

Came in tonight to dine in. My husband ordered two drinks which legally can. They told him no that they would have to see my id. When I came back from the bathroom the server Maddie asked me if I wanted a drink. I told them I only have a photo of my id (I lost mine and am going to the BMV tomorrow morning) the server Maddie said she would ask the manager, Courtney, if that would be acceptable. She told the manager that I had asked to speak to her (I hadn’t) and she came over all hot and heavy and asked us if we had a problem. I said there’s no problem. She said I heard there was a problem with a photo id. I said can I use my photo id? She said no. I said okay. She said well I was told you wanted to speak to a manager. I said no I never asked to speak to a manager. She said Ohhhkkaaay and walked away. The server came back and I asked why she told the manager I wanted to speak to her when I never asked to speak to her. She said I “wasn’t taking no for an answer” so she asked her manager to come over when in all reality I didn’t even ask to order a drink to begin with, or push the issue further. I simply asked if a photo id was okay. So then my husband tried to order 2 drinks to go and food to go. She refused us service and brought the check for the appetizer and my husband’s one drink. There is no reason a customer should ever be met with such unprofessionalism. It’s unlike anything I’ve ever seen from any manager at any establishment. Will not be back.

Probably the best wing place I've ever had and I wish we had locations where I live. Central northeastern Indiana. Friendly waitress, the chicken wings are huge and delicious. Appetizers are fresh, hot, so so good. 10/10.

I absolutely love that on Mondays the have half price wings . Boneless and bone in. The hostesses at the front desk when you call in are very nice and get the JOB done. You guys ROCK ... I LOVE MONDAYS

Roosters has some of the best wings 🍗🌶🧄 & shrimp 🍤🌶🧄(I get them both tossed in medium garlic sauce)‼️😋🤤😌 I get them everytime I come here‼️😊🙌🏾❤️
