Management and staff at this establishment are some of the most kind, caring, and thoughtful service workers I’ve seen in this generation. Thank you all so much for giving us a wonderful experience! Not only was the food spectacular, but our drinks stayed filled and the waitress didn’t mind at all when my young son took his time trying to order for himself. The Christmas cheer was especially wonderful within the restaurant as well. We will definitely be coming back!

Wow traveled to the big city today to meet old friends. This palace was packed but EVERY employee was friendly, food was great and to top it off i forgot my phone and glasses the waitress had them for me when i returned. Integrity friendliness and affordable good food.

I called on Monday to place a carryout order for boneless wings and was told the wing special only applied to dine-in orders. However, the website clearly states the special applies to both dine-in and carryout. When I mentioned this, I was told, “I know, but it’s only for dine-in.” As a result, I was charged full price. I requested that a manager contact me, as the advertised price should have been honored, but I have not received a response. I am disappointed with how this situation was handled at this location.

I ordered the 10 wings, and it took about an hour to get them to go. It’s a bit disappointing, especially since time is a priority for everyone. I’m not happy with the service at all.
