Service was terrible, the hostess was very unfriendly, our waitress seemed like she hated her job, barely looked our way and didn’t come to our table very often, if I went back, I would definitely stay away from her area. Food was good, just coulda been more fresh, wings had good flavor but was room temperature and fries were kinda cold, I’m guessing she left them in the kitchen for a bit before she brought them out. I would possibly try a different location not sure if I would go back to the location that I went to.

I wanted to leave a review for the staff, specifically the nice girl who was working behind the counter. I had ran in there after my mother in law got car sick hoping for a few napkins. The lady went out of her way to get us a bag, so many napkins and even a rag and moist towelettes. We went back inside to buy her a sprite and she was just so nice to us in our time of need. I’ve never personally been a huge fan of roosters but this definitely gave a new appreciation for the staff and establishment. 10/10 training and 10/10 staff

SUPER DISAPPOINTED!!! I called in my order and was told it’d be a “15 min wait” for our food. Well I got there in 10 minutes and was told my food wasn’t ready. I waited patiently “as any normal person should” and got my food 30 mins past our suggested time. The hostesses were gossiping the whole time and getting ready for shift change that my food sat to DIE. I only found out when I got home that nothing was hot. I spent $60 on cold food even when I followed their eta. SUPER DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR NEGLIGENCE

I asked for my wings well done. Everyone’s wings came out well done who asked for it except mine and I’m pregnant. That’s ok I understand that people forget sometimes. Besides that I didn’t have any problems. The door was opened for my husband and I once we entered the building and left. They were very attentive, and otherwise pleasant and the food was great! I tried the Carolina gold wings, had a Caesar salad and some appetizers.
