I only tried the brisket and after my first bite, the hook was deep in the fish mouth. I intend to try all the menu has to offer but as long as Rudy’s Smokehouse is on Essex st……….and I have a taste for some brisket …..I’ll be on Essex st……..Thank You Rudy’s SmokehouseReal CustomerKelvin H
