Just ordered the BOGO bowls online (my fav is the Chai's Mystique), and Kaitlyn made them perfectly!! She was crazy busy when I stopped in but had a smile on her face the whole time! She even gave me an extra bowl to try since I came from 2hrs away! Exceptional customer service! My favorite place to go when I am in town! Thank you, Kaitlyn!!!
Absolutely love Rush Bowls!! The staff is incredible & the owners are so so nice. Every bowl I’ve had has been great so far. Would recommend the jungle bowl and the lemon squeeze bowl!!

Quinn was great! He was the only one working during a promotion that was well promoted online and was schedule alone on this very busy day. He handled it so well and maintained great customer service while doing his best to work as fast as possible. The manager did him dirty with no heads up and no back up to help out.
