Dined in for dinner this past Saturday evening. Had the pleasure of having Michelle for our server. She was absolutely lovely and made our dining experience memorable.
Our steaks were delicious. I absolutely loved the steak butter. The mac and cheese was fantastic.
Overall, we had a great experience was enhanced by Michelle’s attentive and friendly, personable service. She made us feel like family.

If you are going here you already know what to expect for prices and service so you just hope they hit the mark. Well hope no more because they nailed the expectations … other than the beverage selection. Weirdly enough they did not have Miller Lite or sweet tea. Regardless the food and service was literally perfect across the board. I actually arrived early not knowing the time they opened and the host opened early for me so I didn’t have to stand outside in the awful weather. Highly recommended.

Ordered the porterhouse for 2 and thought it was a bit tough. I personally don't care for all the butter used when serving the steak.

Food was salty and very over-priced. The seater seemed confused on where to seat us making us wait well past our reservation. The food was slow even with lots of open tables. Both steaks arrived over cooked but ate them since we had already waited long enough. The value overall was poor.

This was not a good experience. Yes, this location is absolutely stunning! The food could not have been worse. My medium filet came out rare as rare could be. The cream spinach came straight from the cooler. It was so cold we sent it back.

My wife and I enjoyed her birthday meal with our kids at Ruth's Chris last night. The food was great, (her filet was like warmed butter). Our waitress, Michelle, in particular was awesome. She cracked us up multiple times, gave great suggestions and had everything ready for us. We will definitely be coming back!

Our first visit to Ruth’s Chris . We really enjoyed our server and her fun bubbly personality . She took the time to explain the history of the restaurant and called herself the “menu tour guide “. Her name was Michelle . The food was amazing . The plate keeps your food hot throughout your entire meal and the steak is the best I’ve ever had ! I only wish I had a bigger stomach to eat more .This is definitely a place I will frequent now . 5 stars easy

Porterhouse was excellent. Called ahead to check their average turnaround times since we were in a hurry. They actually relayed this message to our waiter and were incredibly attentive to make sure we were in and out to make it where we needed to be! Lobster Mac n cheese was great as well.
