Everything was perfect. We enjoyed drinks in the bar prior to our reservation. The meal was excellent and the service was outstanding. Gautier was an excellent server. Even the valet did a splendid job.

The food was so good and the service was literally top tier. I've been to Ruth Chris several times but this was the best service I've had thus far. Jeremy was our waiter and he took very good care of us. I will definitely be returning soon.

My family and I were not happy with our experience at Ruth Chris. We love to dine here with our family. To start our lemon drops was prepare with a salt rim, I'm like okay this is an easy fix. I let are sever know and she apologized and had them made over, so we thought. She brings them made and we can still taste the salt. The drinks came back warm( from it seating on our table before we sent them back) with a sugar rim. I ask the another lady if them could remade because they are salty. She said yes and returned with two fresh lemon drops. As we started in our appetizer My daughters I both had the Caesar salad. It was so salty we didn't even finish it. I did let the server know and she did offer me something else, but by this time my whole experience is over. I felt like was complaining too much, but when you're spending $300 plus on a meal with your family it should be right. We have been coming to Ruth Chris's for years. They don't even clean the table off anymore when there are crumbs. Sorry for nitpicking, but that use to be apart of the experience.

Frankie our server was a pleasure. The menu was a bit basic. Would have liked to see so cool inventive specials and appetizers

A big thank you for the rose petals and special dessert. It made us feel incredibly special. ❤️

It was a good overall experience our server Michael was knowledgeable about the menu and drinks and also very accommodating. Sadly my lobster mac was dry even after sending it back no cheese and not creamy how it used to be. And they were out of the carrot cake which is my fav. But overall a ok experience.

Based on reputation, I'd expect a better gluten-free menu. Gratefully, the chef did accommodate my request for scallops w/o breading. Additionally, to my first point, there was no table bread. I've become accustomed to that at higher end restaurants.

My husband and I decided to celebrate our anniversary by enjoying a delicious dinner at Ruth's Chris. They had our table decorated for the occasion and it was so beautiful! Service was exceptional and the food was outstanding! What an incredible way to celebrate!

The restaurant is lovely and relaxing. The food i ordered was mediocre in my opinion. The filet is obviously not a filet mignon but more a tenderloin filet. Shrimp was overcooked, ceaser salad was very salty, and the Brussel sprouts are so smokey and not crispy. Mashed potatoes were good though.

The steaks were ok. My nephew ordered his filet medium and it came put rare/mr, which he commented on but didn't want to make a fuss so ate it. The server forgot a few things that I needed to remind him about. The asparagus should have had the tough bottom of stalks trimmed and the au gratin potatoes were more like cheesy potatoes and we weren't offered side plates to share them. Overall, just ok. There are much better spots for the $.

If you have ever been to Ruth’s Chris.. you know it’s pricey. You expect a quiet dining area that is elegant and what not. I was not greeted by the Valet, he was too busy on his phone. There was a hair in my mash potatoes, I told the waitress and she took it off my bill. No manager came over and talked to me about it- nothing. I was on the “bar side” of this upper class steak house and family members are visiting them at work… talking about drama. It was a super poor experience. I don’t get out much. I was on a work trip by myself and wanted to enjoy it.. and when you spend that much on a steak.. you better LOVE IT. The General Manager did follow up about a week ago and stated he will be sending a gift card (still waiting on it) but if they make this right, I’ll be back. I will always spend good money on a great steak. Will come back and update if the gift card is received.
