Just visiting the area and this was close to the hotel. I came in expecting a nice sports bar and that's what it was. For me, a good sports bar has plenty of TV's, cold beer, and great service--and I got all of those here. The interior is great. All the pictures you see on Yelp, disregard them. It's a totally different menu. In fact they closed this place, revamped the menu, and re-opened. The food I had was ok to bad. The chicken sandwich was decent, but kinda bland. The guava bbq chicken skewers were horrible--don't order them. I wouldn't come here to eat again, but I'd definitely come back to have a cold beer and watch a game--which was the main reason I came here to begin with

Have been going to Rye River Social ever since they opened. First time there was such a great experience. The Wings were to die for. The Cocktails were on point. The food was really good. Don't remember what we had but remember everyone saying how great it was. We were there last night 3/2/2024 Had the wings and cauliflower for appetizers. cauliflower was tasty. The wings were the opposite. Absolutely no taste. Even though they were supposed to have been rubbed????? These are by far the most disappointing wings I've ever had. The original wings were so outstanding. But why keep something great when you can do mediocre. Had the duck and pasta. While it was flavorful and quite a bit of duck . It could have been beef or pork or chicken. No real Duck Flavor. Red sauce overwhelms the duck. It's my fault because I know better. But why is that combination even on the menu? Last but not least one of the worst Vodka Dirty Martini's I've ever had. After all these years I believe that will be losing us as Customers. Too many other great places that do much better. Could be why they were a bit slow last night.

Excellent drinks. I really enjoyed the Bear Hug, which has Whistle Pig Piggyback Rye, Whistle Pig Maple Syrup, and smoke. The bartender, Kait, was friendly and authentic.

The décor and vibe of this restaurant are all absolutely beautiful!! They do reservations. The menu is a bit experimental and high class, so if you're looking for traditional menu, this is not the place for you! All the food that I've had there has been fine, but just that; "just fine." I feel like this is overpriced for what it is. The service is phenomenal, and the bathrooms are clean and well stocked. The food isn't "bad," it's just more expensive than I feel like what it's worth, and the entrées are unique and kind of bizarre. I left still hungry. I've given this restaurant several tries, but I just can't enjoy it.

Appetizers were good. The octopus although cooked very well was a very small amount for the dollar.Service at the bar and table were great. Meals were excellent and we had the gamut. Would visit again.

Rye River Social is beautiful inside, but it's the food that keeps us coming back! It was only day 2 of their new brunch menu; and while I missed the monkey bread, I had a horrible time choosing. Everything looked so good! The new menu also did not have the brussel sprouts, but our waitress checked, and the kitchen made them for us! Amazing food and service!

Went and shared five plates with a friend and by far the best meal we have had in years. The taste of everything was perfect and light. Highly recommend!

Our service was great !! The place was not busy so our food for 12 came out super fast. Our waitress Samantha was super sweet and patient with us the entire time. I would just comment that the portions can be a little small and I did not have a ton of flavor in my dish (Baked Cod). But other than that our dinner party had a great time and enjoyed the food and ambience:)) I do recommend!!

Love this place! Innovative sporty bar setting, couple of shuffleboard tables; comfortable and some cool looking but uncomfortable stools, plus really creative well executed menu. Will be back!

Went here for dinner for a mini guys night out. From the moment we walked in till we walked out service was nothing short of amazing! You definitely have to try the brussels sprouts! Oh, and there is no way I can forget you also definitely have to try the espresso martini; probably one of the best I've had in Columbus! Our server, Reese, was exceptional. Will definitely be back.

It was just ok. I ordered shrimp & grits with scrambled eggs instead of poached. The eggs were very runny & they served it on top of the bread. The manager remade the eggs & they were much better the 2nd time around, but it's never a good feeling having to send food back.

A hidden gem found off the Grandview strip is worth the detour. The food is creative and delicious. Care was taken for food allergies. The management was attentive and the service from Sarah was 5 stars!

Not a win in the end... The restaurant is beautiful inside and we found the server spot on in her professionalism. We dove in with ordering the brussel sprouts and were very excited about the ordering from the menu. My dining partner got a burger and I ordered the short rib. My entree was very confusing- the meat was hot, the broccolini so-so, the gravy and puddle of pommes purée was a disaster. I took a look at the menu, again, to double check what I ordered. The potatoes were a thin paste of white glue and the gravy had a very bitter but not recognizable flavor with hints of maybe tomatoes.

Fabulous experience. Had all the apps except Poutine and each was very well executed. Chef has it down! Presentation excellent. Cocktails were craft, try the bourbon and plum liqueur concoction!
