If I could give negative star, I would. I ordered murag polaw, lassi from uber eats and it was stale. The food was cold, just gave basmati rice, when polaw should have special rice. I had stomach issues the next day. DONT BUY FROM THIS RESTAURANT! this is caller ghost restaurant for a reason.

They took forever to answer the door and got us our food way later than stated they would. Then I got mild and my husband got medium and they were both too spicy. I couldn’t even eat my meal because it was too spicy. Even in the comments I said as mild as possible. So unless you love super spicy food, would not recommend this place.

I ordered food delivered through GrubHub and it was really good. Since then I've tried to order three more times but they have either been out of what I wanted or just don't answer the phone or when I order online it says they're no longer taking orders. I like their food I wish I could get it more often

Do not order from here unless you are cool with them screwing up your order and then not answering the phone or their door or their customer service messenger when you try to request a refund. Had pieces of chicken floating around in my vegetarian paneer Sauce, and my moms curry spice level was Supposed to be mild and she received hot. Leaving both of us unable to eat our ordered meals. Then had to jump through an hour of hoops to attempt to get my refund. I have since heard multiple stories of this place screwing up orders. When I went to try and get my money back, the guy working There took 45 minutes to talk to me, and then after explaining the situation, he handed me his personal cell phone and told me to call the manager at home and told me to figure it out. still not 100% sure if I am getting refunded or not

Their hours are wrong on a lot of their deliver websites and even their own website. Tried to order twice now and haven’t even gotten any food from them. First time was a 3rd party app problem. Now I sit here after getting a confirmation email for the order to drive there and it be closed. Bummer. Looks good but I guess that why they call it a ghost kitchen!

Also, the place is set up so weird. I know it’s a ghost kitchen but a wall of doorbells all disorganized and some not labeled is just lazy, lazy as one not updating their hours on their own website. Also got a glance down the murder alley that is all the kitchens. Place looks like a scene from hostel. Jeez at least feed me first

Today I placed and order online through Saffron’s website and am sincerely disappointed. First off, I patiently waited nearly half an hour past my estimated pick up time and when given my order the person who passed it off to me was apologetic.Unfortunately, after unpacking my order at home I realized I was given the wrong main dish. I had ordered the Alu Motor Gobi, which is a vegan friendly dish that as a vegan I could eat. What I received was a dish that had shrimp! I tried to call the restaurant to let them know what had happened and after a few rings was sent to a voicemail which was full and could not receive messages. Not sure how to rectify this as they are apart of The Kitchen which does not have a carry out window and even when I was there and ringing Saffron’s bell, they did not answer and I had to reach out to people from other businesses, who are located in The Kitchen complex, while they were taking care of their own customers.Really bummed because I was excited to try a new Indian restaurant in the area and my first impression of this place was subpar.
