The atmosphere as dull. I see why they have 3.7 star rating. I’m not from here and this is the worst hibachi I’ve ever had. And it’s overpriced. The service was bad and the food isn’t seasoned well. They take out a gratuity and still expect for you to pay more. Last time here.

I can’t speak on the food—but that’s not what this review is about. What I can comment on is the service, and unfortunately, it was deeply disappointing. We had a reservation for four, but upon arrival, the hostess abruptly asked, “How many?” I replied, “Four
 we have a reservation.” Without so much as checking, she curtly said, “15 minutes, have a seat.” My group was shocked by how dismissive she was.

We waited patiently, assuming our reservation would be honored. After 15 minutes, we checked in again. Her reply? “We’re busy, there are people waiting,” as we watched walk-ins get seated ahead of us. So why even offer reservations?

We gave it ten more minutes, then decided to leave. Honestly, the whole experience felt exclusionary—like we weren’t welcome. If customer service is any reflection of an establishment, this place didn’t make the grade. We’ll take our business elsewhere—somewhere respect still matters.

Customer beware.

In town for a wedding and looking for a fun family dinner. Our 8 year old loves hibachi, other picky eaters in the family. Had a GREAT time. Food, entertainment from chef and service all excellent. My 3 year old is not a fan of the fire and eats almost nothing, server brought her ice cream when he saw she was not eating. Above and beyond thank you!

This is my fifth time here in two years, and it's my last. The service is great, the atmosphere's okay, but the food is awful every single time. Today, everyone at my table took about ten bites and asked for to-go boxes.

Although the food was amazing I did not like that gratuity was included automatically. The service was ok. We came on Mother’s Day and we were early. There were only 3 tables with people including us but managed to forget our salad. The yum yum sauce was watery. The plum wine was the only enjoyable thing. I will not be returning. Also they had an all day dinner menu although we came during lunch hours.

Service and food was delicious. My salmon was cooked right. The portions were right for us. Now the reason for 3 stars: the bill. Not the amount, but the fact that they added an automatic 18% gratuity (party of 2) and then asked for another tip on the final bill. So if the service stunk, we’d still be charged the gratuity.

I was here for a birthday dinner with friends and family. Though I had a great time, the food was delicious and atmosphere was good, it was a typical dinner. The staff was friendly and very helpful, accommodated our large group.
