So the restaurant was bought by another group and it's now called Halab Cafe. Food still delicious, and friendly staff. I ordered a family platter for pickup. Everyone loved it and will just need to get used to the name change.

Dietary restrictions: This is a halal restaurant. Excellent choice for those of us who can't eat pork.

Super nice place. The waiter was darling! He was the only one serving so it was a process. However her was great about it and did his best. Instead of being upset he was alone. He smiled and kept going that's why 5 stars there. Great employee. OMG! So portion size! Let me tell you when I said I left feeling like I left from Thanksgiving dinner!! $38 for 2 people all that food. Definitely worth a try.

It was over priced the grilled vegies was cold inside and friends chicken was dry and rubberized, We both were part way done, and they brought one piece of bread . And bring the drink late into the meal . The waiter had only seven people in the total restaurant , Spend most of his time or the restaurant phone.

Very underrated restaurant with fantastic food. We had a party of 9 adults and got the large combo platter with a mix of roast chicken and meat kebabs, rice and sides. The dinner was delicious and everything was well seasoned. The platter was more than enough food for all of us. Their nan is made fresh and hot and was so aromatic. Also had great fries and falafel that we ordered for the kids. Best Mediterranean/middle eastern food in Columbus

Vegetarian options: Falafel salad was delicious.

Nice decor, atmosphere, lots of space for big groups. It's family owned. Love that they give lentil soup and naan right away. I tried the beef shawarma plate with the "khalta" rice which had raisins and pine nuts. FYI the fish on the menu takes a while to cook so order it at least a couple hours beforehand. My daughter tried the grilled half chicken and loved it. The portions are generous.I wish there was a kids menu with smaller portions and finger foods. The bathrooms need some TLC.Otherwise, I totally recommend the restaurant.

We went there today for lunch/ dinner. The service was really good. However, the meal was even better. We never had Iraqi food before and we were pleasantly surprised by the amount and taste of the food. From the soup to our sandwiches. We will be returning.

The BBQ was almost stale. It was just a little warm and felt microwaved. The Naan/Tannoour bread was also served super cold which never happens in authentic Iraqi restaurants. If you are from the middle east and looking for an authentic Iraqi/Kurdi food experience, then this place is not for you and you will feel truly disappointed.Westerners may like it though.

The food is good but can be better. The service sucks unfortunately. If they continue with this service I’m afraid that the restaurant will go under. Dirty bathrooms, dirty tables, and carelessness. The guy who works as a server acts like he doesn’t care. It’s a shame that this restaurant has the potential to be a great place to eat if these problems are fixed.
