I ate tonkotsu ramen, but it lacked richness and flavor. It's like the not-so-tasty ramen I encountered in rural Japan. Not recommended for Japanese people.

My buddy and I almost skipped this restaurant but decided to stop in on a total whim, and wow, it was amazing! I’m a big fan of karaage, so I had to get it, and honestly, it blew me away. The sauce was rich and velvety, and the karaage was perfectly crispy. Plus, the hand-prepared Lotus item just took it over the top. Honestly, best karaage I’ve had in ages, no question!

If you’re vegan & visiting C-Bus, this is the best spot I’ve found for quality healthy food on a budget!! Staff were magnanimous in their service & friendliness. Vibes are off the charts; gratitude for a great experience! Will definitely be back next time I’m in the area ✌️
