Paitan Chicken Ramen
Savory, rich chicken broth served with kara-age fried chicken, marinated soft-boiled egg, green onions, garlic, bean sprouts and shredded, dried sweet pepper.

Veggie Shoyu Ramen

This was a fun experience! I had a great encounter with the team! The owner is Japanese and we had a great conversation about the area of Japan we were from. The ramen was so good and I really enjoyed my takoyaki! I had the tonkatsu ramen with an extra egg and I can tell you it was so good! The seating setup was just like how it would be in a ramen shop in Japan.

The ramen was just ok. The noodles themselves were cooked well but the Patajn (#2) was bland. Not even the schmaltz on top could save this flavor lacking soup. The Karagi chicken were very fatty too. No bueno. Most likely won’t be back.

Excellent food. The only reason I gave service 4 stars was because I paid to add the fishcake and extra veggies and it wasn't in the noodle bowl. However, everyone was friendly and the food was good.
