Paitan Chicken Ramen
Savory, rich chicken broth served with kara-age fried chicken, marinated soft-boiled egg, green onions, garlic, bean sprouts and shredded, dried sweet pepper.
Kara Kapow!
Rich pork broth mixed with our house-made chili sauce and oil. Served with chashu braised pork, marinated soft-boiled egg, fresh green onions and stir-fried vegetables (bean sprouts, cabbage and green onions). Choose your spice level, 0 to 4.

BROTHLESS noodle bowl, seasoned with our blended garlic soy sauce, green onion/ginger sauce and a hint of chili oil. Served with bean sprouts, green onions, chopped chashu pork belly, menma, onsen tamago hot springs slow cooked egg and shredded nori seaweed.
Veggie Shoyu Ramen

The only bad thing is that I was seated near a door and it was cold out. But the food is fantastic. The service is tremendous! I had the paitan and looking forward to it again. Wish I'd taken a picture!

My buddy and I almost skipped this restaurant but decided to stop in on a total whim, and wow, it was amazing! I’m a big fan of karaage, so I had to get it, and honestly, it blew me away. The sauce was rich and velvety, and the karaage was perfectly crispy. Plus, the hand-prepared Lotus item just took it over the top. Honestly, best karaage I’ve had in ages, no question!

If you’re vegan & visiting C-Bus, this is the best spot I’ve found for quality healthy food on a budget!! Staff were magnanimous in their service & friendliness. Vibes are off the charts; gratitude for a great experience! Will definitely be back next time I’m in the area ✌️
