Everything that I’ve ever tried from Saucy’s is delicious! The bees knees pizza is my favorite and it’s great with pickles. Service can be slow on trivia nights but it does not disappoint! The environment is chill and it’s a great spot for patio beers. Btw, did you know you can also get coffee in their little shop next door ?!!

This was a disappointing experience. I was with a group of three, and it seemed like there was an issue with every order.
First, staffing appeared to be minimal—only one person was behind the bar. We ordered drinks using the QR code, but one of the beers was incorrect. We had to take it back to the bar, where they corrected the mistake, but they mentioned the order printed incorrectly on their slip, even though our receipt showed the correct selection.
One person in our group ordered nachos, only to find the chips were stale. Another ordered mac and cheese and was looking forward to the pretzel stick that was supposed to come with it—but it was missing. When we finally spotted a server and asked, they initially said it didn’t come with one. We pointed out that both the menu description and pictures showed otherwise. After checking with the kitchen, they returned a few minutes later and simply said they were out of pretzels—without offering a replacement.
I ordered a half-dozen wings, which took quite a while to arrive. When they finally did, there were only five. I flagged down a server, who mentioned it was her first day and wasn’t sure about the portion. After checking with the kitchen, she confirmed it should have been six. They offered to either bring out another wing or "make things right"—though it wasn’t clear what that meant. I opted for the extra wing, which took another 10 minutes to arrive. She then explained that the kitchen was training three new staff members, which likely contributed to the mistakes and delays.
Overall, the service and food quality were disappointing. Additionally, since this is a pay-on-your-phone system, you have to tip before receiving your food or service. I prefer to tip based on my experience, so this felt like an odd approach.
I wouldn’t recommend this place until they improve their staff training and overall operations.

First off, you have to use a QR code to order your drinks/food and pay/tip beforehand. After we ordered, we waited for a good 15 minutes before our drinks even made it to the table. Mind you, the place wasn’t even remotely busy. We even started to question if the order ever went through. Finally, we received our drinks… then we had to wait for the food, which was another 15+ minutes. We had two people who served us twice. The first when they dropped off the drinks and the second when they delivered the food. No one checked back in after that. Food was overpriced and not that great. Even the table near us was talking about leaving due to the wait times. Interesting experience, but not great by any means.

My gf and I just ordered 2 chicken wraps w chips to go and the order took an hour to be ready. When we got the food the chicken was ice cold and wraps were completely undone. I just called trying to get a refund bc we couldn’t eat the food and no one is answering the phones. Absolutely ridiculous.
The one in Ohio city is so much better

You have to order thru an app which is super annoying. When you have to check on your food order you have to go up to the bar. Food service was very slow even though not busy. Had to take my pizza to go because of how slow it was. The pizza is really good and the drinks are also good.

Awful place. Went hoping for a nice night with friends. Only to receive food 2 hours after ordered *cold* and extremely rude wait staff.

This was my friends and I’s first visit to Saucy Brew Works. It was moderately busy, but by no means packed. We all ordered via QR codes within 5 minutes of each other. the first pizza did not come out until an HOUR and 15 minutes after. We did not receive a single notice from the waiters about the food taking longer than normal or of anything unusual. By the time the entire group got their food, we had been waiting for over 2 hours. The Mac and cheese was freezing cold when it came out after 2 hours, and the waitress did not say a single thing and left our table and did not come back when we told her of this. When we finally flagged down another waitress, she said the service has been slow all week. No apologies nor reasoning. We all tipped very generously prior to receiving the food as this is required through the QR code, and when we said that we wouldn’t have waited nor tipped if we had known we had to wait 2 hours, we were told we should’ve gone up to the bar to check on the wait before ordering. We all individually had to go up to the manager to request refunds, and even then no workers seemed to really care that their service had been over 2 hours with no explanations or apologies. We understand things happen, but the customer service was unlike anything we’ve ever seen. Very very disappointing.

My friends and I came and we all waited 2 hours for our food. All I got was a WRAP and pizzas were coming out left and right before mine. My friend got just a side of mac and cheese and it came out ice cold. When we brought it up to the wait staff was met with nothing but rude dismissals shrugging off the issue. All of this after tipping 25% too! Will never be returning.

I enjoy Saucy's beer, and the place has a fun vibe.
Fabulous but limited beer selection…BUT, some of the best beers I’ve had in Columbus.
Happy Hour! HELL YES! All drafts 4$ (and again, they are fabulous), and this huge pizza was under 10$

The menu describes their so-called "New Haven style" pizza as having a "thin, often oblong crust, characteristic charring, and chewy texture." Please. This pizza was perfectly round & the crust was bland and boring. I ordered mine with "herb marinated mushrooms" & it came with plain dried out mushrooms that had not seen an herb or a marinade of any kind before hitting that pizza. I courteously asked the barback/bartender, "May I please have something to take this home in?" He rudely replied, "A box?" Like I was an idiot for not using the exact word "box." He proceeded to bring me a pizza box that could have fit at least 2½ servings of what I had left over. I then asked my server Morgan if they possibly had a more appropriate sized container, which she promptly brought. I definitely felt that my whole interaction with that moronic barback was based on microaggressions & racism. But as always there's no way to prove it so I will just never go in there again & recommend that no Black people patronize this place either. I actually can't recommend it for anyone of any race. It sucks no matter who you are.

Ordered take away cheese pizza with hot honey and garlic bread.
The pizza I got is a thinner crust - this is my preference - and the sauce was pretty good. It has a great tangy kick to it. While the hot honey was a bit much for me, I wanted to try it and I'm glad I did here because they didn't slather it on or anything, a good balance.
It was done with a well done bake, and I generally really liked it. Something smelled off with the garlic bread though and I did notice the poor bubs were quite burnt. I usually like burnt food but something just smelled off about it, so I didn't really dig into those as much.
I'll order them again - way better than a lot of the pizza joints around here in terms of sauce quality, and I love a thin crust pizza.
