Michelle responded immediately to our initial request regarding a wedding cake. She seemed excited to work with us, was available for the date of our wedding, and could accommodate our request. However, after that initial response, she never responded to our repeated follow-up emails (sent to the email she used for the initial response and also to the email that appears on her business Facebook page). I'm glad we discovered early in the process that she was not dependable, instead of finding out just before our wedding.

Michelle baked cupcakes for our wedding reception and they were delicious! We hosted our wedding reception at Edison 777 and Michelle worked closely with that staff to ensure our desserts were perfect. She was attentive, kind, and easy to work with - Highly recommend!

Had a consultation set up with me and my fiancé but Michelle ghosted me and stopped responding to my messages on Instagram about clarifying a few things and sending me the contract after providing my email which never happened. It was all very frustrating and I ended up having to now find someone else to do me and my fiancés cake for our wedding this year in September. Plus we even tried cupcakes and came up with a whole plan and everything of what we wanted to do for our cake. The most frustrating experience ever.

Michelle is an angel person and baker! She created a wedding cake for us that for everyone attending our special day, was the best wedding cake they’d ever had! We chose a vegan white almond cake with mixed berry filling and white buttercream frosting. Her vegan chocolate cake is also heavenly! She also created a beautiful birthday cake for one of our bridesmaids as well that was beautiful and delicious (white chocolate raspberry cake with raspberry jelly and mixed berry filling and white buttercream icing). We can’t thank Michelle enough for being so accommodating and such an important part of our special day!

Delicious beyond expectation. Michelle created a cookie decorating kit for us with plenty of icing and sprinkles and the kids (both young and old) had a blast decorating!!!! We’ll never bake our own again!!!

Sauer Cake made our Gluten free and Dairy free wedding cake and it was the best cake that we had ever tasted! Our guests could NOT get enough of it and as soon as it came out it was gone!! We cannot recommend them enough!! Definitely going to be ordering from them again!!
