Definitely the storage weight cleaner and you can tell it’s on the new management. I always love Savvy and happy, but definitely, I am more in love.

This is my first and last time coming here. The bar for quality food at Savvy’s is below average. I understand being short staffed and there being a longer wait time but over 40 minutes and sending out ice cold fries is unacceptable. When I say cold, I do not mean these are just old fries, I mean they are literally cold to touch. Such a disappointment.

A vendor had Savy delivered. The hamburger sliders were larger than most sliders and delicious. The chicken fingers/tenders were tender and real breast meat. They definitely can compete with Canes. The Onion rings were great. I'm not a big fan of crinkle fries but they were good too.

The food was actually pretty good. I ordered a chicken sandwich, but to my surprise, it was just one chicken strip on a bun — a bit disappointing for the price. Still, the flavor was great, nice and greasy in the best way. The staff could be a bit more attentive; it took quite a while before anyone came to the counter. Maybe I just caught them at a bad time. It was my first visit, and while the first impression wasn’t the best, I’ll give them another try to see if things improve.

I spent the time waiting at the drive thru window writing this poor review. As stated by another reviewer, service from the drive thru takes much longer than it should and it has much to do with the staff serving one car at a time. There’s nothing fast about this fast food.

The food actually was not bad now I ordered one of their chicken sandwiches and to my surprise my chicken sandwich was literally one chicken strip on a bun with whatever toppings come on that was a bit ridiculous but overall besides that the food was damn good super greasy like it's supposed to be the staff could pay more attention to their customers instead of taking 15 minutes to walk up to the counter to greet them I may have come at a bad time it was my first time there which was not a very good first impression but I will go back and we'll see how it goes then

Fries was cold and the young the lady had an attitude about giving me fresh ones.... made store i thru every fry away. I was like really. Even the young lady next to me laughed at her pettiness... I won't be back for awhile

Place is very dirty, a worker sitting in lobby has loud videos on his phone while he folds boxes and shoves his face full of food. The only good thing is the food but I don’t know if the kitchen is clean so can’t say if i would come back to this establishment. There’s only a few people working so maybe that’s why it’s not as clean but the guy watching videos and eating should be fired. He’s older and has a beard.

Okay this place is WAY out of league for where it's at. Imagine gourmet level White Castle. That's the level this place is on. Not what you'd expect for the neighborhood it's in, but by the same token, this place hits it out of the park the way you would expect it to if it's going to survive here. EXPECT THEM TO BE A LITTLE SLOW, But I'm not even going to ding them for it. Just make sure you either call them directly (don't use Door Dash or any other delivery service to order if you plan on picking it up yourself) or make sure you have enough time. Totally worth it. I promise.
