Staff was horribly rude when all I wanted was a beverage. If they-d been nicer in how they said things it wouldn't have been so bad. I walked up to get a drink and 2 supposed "workers" were just working their mouths. When I asked for a beverage they told me get in line, when I would have e been gone before the next customer even got their pizza. Would rate a zero off I could. Will never go again-even though they are the only ones with fountain Pepsi products.

The pizza was pretty good but took forever. I ordered online and I think they forgot one of my pizzas because 1 was ready when I got there and the other took at least 10 more minutes. I like their pizza but hate having to go into the mall to get it. Parking always sucks.
Parking: They have spots for food pickup but they are usually full.

The girl that waited on me acted like she was high. I kept telling her I wanted a spinach Stromboli and she kept saying mushroom pizza. Stromboli wasn't edible, so peppery. I found a bunch of crushed red peppers in it. It's never been spicy before. My niece ordered Hawaiian pizza, the box is shaped in a triangle and the girl actually put the pizza in upside down. I ordered a Caesar salad and got italian dressing instead of Caesar dressing. Had to go back to get the sauce for my Stromboli. And no gloves.
This location is a disaster. Every time I try to get food, they always push the food half way through the conveyer so it comes out half cold. And that is if I even get to order food. Most the time I’m standing in an empty line and the employees just stare like a deer in headlights, then go back to making pizzas. I’ve given this place more than enough chances and I won’t be going back.

Okay, so 1st red flag I noticed was NO ONE was in line. I assumed it was just wasn’t in anyone’s preference, so it didn’t really bother me. I didn’t really mind, so I still went there.2nd MASSIVE red flag was the fact that when the girl was making my pizza, She had NO gloves, and had the dough literally down her hand. It was like she had her entire arm in my food, with no protection. When I saw this I should’ve immediately asked for a refund, because that is a massive health hazard that I should’ve taken account. I didn’t though, and I regret. I haven’t seen her wash her hands either.After a couple hours, I started feeling sick, and had massive stomachaches. I did not eat ANYTHING else apart from that disgustingly made Pizza.If you see the person making your food, putting their hands all over it, no gloves, no sign of washing them, ask for a refund and LEAVE. I am sure this was just a bad day when I went there, but never again will I go back. Seeing the 2.6 rating solidified my point.
