UPtown branch delivered cold and staff very lazy
I placed an order online for pick up. When I arrived to pick up the pizza I was informed that they ran out of dough and didn't have my order and they couldn't give me a refund. Getting a refund from sbarro is ridiculous, you have to go online and fill out a comment card and hope that they give you a refund either way you won't get it taken care of for a significant amount of time. You have to give them 5-7 business days to read and address your comment before you can even be sure of getting a response let alone a refund.
Clearly no one there cares about customers.

Love Sbarro’s, but sometimes the experience isn’t always up to par, however I’ll come back if it means driving 20 mins out my way with service like this.

Mitch needs more training. He gets extremely overwhelmed with having 2-3 orders to prepare. He frantically fidgets and paces trying to figure out where to begin while we wait patiently for him to get in control of himself so he can prepare our orders. Nice guy but he needs training so he can work more efficiently and not stress himself out. His efforts are applauded, just has to lead how to execute.

Awful company to work for. The managers will let you be verbally assaulted by coworkers and customers and do nothing about it. The GM lets his employees treat customers anyway they want. Im honestly shocked the West Town location is still opened.
