The kitchen served us both under cooked and overcooked food, over easy was burnt eggs, toastthat isn't toasted or even warm. They werent very busy but waitress never got us silverware or hot sauce. We had to steal our own from other waiter. We wouldve sent the food back but needed to get on with our day. We won't be back.

Service was pretty much nonexistent, mediocre at best. We were a party of 10 who called ahead to make sure it was okay to come. Upon arrival not only were we not greeted but deliberately ignored. There were at least 4 employees who saw us waiting and not a single one of them came to greet us. Then a lady came up to the front to put menus away and tried to avoid eye contact with us. So I said “hiii good morning” to which she replied with a short “hi” and walked away. I totally understand if they were busy and not ready for us but a simple “hi we’ll be with you guys in a minute” would’ve went a long way. Due to this unwelcoming service we decided to leave and will probably not return.

Went in to Scramblers with a large group after calling ahead. There were only 3 tables all together in the whole restaurant and our group stood at the front door for 10 minutes without a single person saying hello. The servers even walked up to the hostess stand and didn’t say a word until we said hello. Terrible service from the walk in the door. We left and went to another restaurant and will not be back.

I was out my doctors appointment and I like trying new places. This place showed during my trip and decided to stop and have breakfast. The restaurant is conveniently located, the atmosphere was calm and quiet, service was great and most importantly, the food was amazing. I had the Uncle Moose's Manhandle Skillet. The name alone was appealing. Lol. It was top notch and I plan on coming back.

I came in for breakfast a little after noon expecting the place to be packed. There were very few tables with customers and there were easily eight employees milling about. I was sat at a table adjacent to the hostess stand and was asked what I’d like to drink. Coffee with extra cream and water please. I sat there being ignored by multiple employees who passed by me an my conspicuously empty table. I tried to get the attention of two bus boys who didn’t hear my request for attention because they were busy visiting. I would’ve walked out if I weren’t so hungry. Finally, after watching a family of seven get seated and have their drinks delivered and order taken, I got the attention of a waitress. I explained I’d been sitting here for 10 minutes and she was very kind and took my order and brought me coffee immediately. The food was decent… I won’t be back!

Got the Toast of France ?? eggs, and Hashbrowns.
No silverware ? no Syrup or Butter
Super dry without the Syrup at least.. makes it hard to eat luckily CleanServ has a water machine.
My wife and I eat at the Scramblers on Broad Street in Reynoldsburg quite often and always have a good experience, unfortunately I can't say the same thing for this location. We were seated quickly but it took our waitress 10 minutes to stop by our table and take our order. Mind you it wasn't busy, not sure what the issue was. My wife ordered an omelette, hash browns and sourdough toast. The food came out in a timely fashion but we immediately noticed that her toast was burnt. Not a little, one side was black which they tried to hide by putting that side down. We pointed it out to our waitress and she said that it was a little dark, quite the understatement. She brought out more toast, still burnt, so we sent that back. She then brought out warm buttered bread that had zero color to it. Really??? This place specializes in breakfast and they can't get the toast right? Do yourself a favor and eat elsewhere, the employees here obviously don't care about the quality of the food that's being served.

-First off our server was a sweetheart! -I ate a lot lol everything in these 2 pictures. I feel like the gravy is not my favorite but is at least in the top 10. It has a flavor I can't exactly put my taste bud on haha kind of like a seafood flavor if I had to say. Then I tasted the Eggs Benedict over the crab cakes.. the crab cakes were honestly a little lower in quality than I was expecting, which is weird because I don't have food quality problems almost ever. Edible for sure, but it basically tasted like plain Tuna fish. But the Eggs Benedict was cooked very nicely! They tasted great. I also had a side of grits and let me tell you!! They were PERFECT! Top 4 for sure! And I'm picky about my grits! Lol I'd go here to get an order of grits, but I probably won't come back to this franchise whenever there are (in my opinion) better options of restaurants in this category. But I wouldn't completely rule it out if you've never been.
Dietary restrictions: Good and clearly stated menu options for gluten free/celiac disease customers.
Parking: For those of you that care about parking situations, they have a nice size lot with plenty of parking spaces.

Not sure what happened but the eye opener casserole that I paid 36 dollars for did even touch the edges of the tray...like I can't even get a full portion of what I ordered...then the potatoes were wet and soggy when I asked for extra crispy....guess I'm never ordering from this location again...geez.
