No silverware ? no Syrup or Butter
Super dry without the Syrup at least.. makes it hard to eat luckily CleanServ has a water machine.

My wife and I eat at the Scramblers on Broad Street in Reynoldsburg quite often and always have a good experience, unfortunately I can't say the same thing for this location. We were seated quickly but it took our waitress 10 minutes to stop by our table and take our order. Mind you it wasn't busy, not sure what the issue was. My wife ordered an omelette, hash browns and sourdough toast. The food came out in a timely fashion but we immediately noticed that her toast was burnt. Not a little, one side was black which they tried to hide by putting that side down. We pointed it out to our waitress and she said that it was a little dark, quite the understatement. She brought out more toast, still burnt, so we sent that back. She then brought out warm buttered bread that had zero color to it. Really??? This place specializes in breakfast and they can't get the toast right? Do yourself a favor and eat elsewhere, the employees here obviously don't care about the quality of the food that's being served.

-First off our server was a sweetheart! -I ate a lot lol everything in these 2 pictures. I feel like the gravy is not my favorite but is at least in the top 10. It has a flavor I can't exactly put my taste bud on haha kind of like a seafood flavor if I had to say. Then I tasted the Eggs Benedict over the crab cakes.. the crab cakes were honestly a little lower in quality than I was expecting, which is weird because I don't have food quality problems almost ever. Edible for sure, but it basically tasted like plain Tuna fish. But the Eggs Benedict was cooked very nicely! They tasted great. I also had a side of grits and let me tell you!! They were PERFECT! Top 4 for sure! And I'm picky about my grits! Lol I'd go here to get an order of grits, but I probably won't come back to this franchise whenever there are (in my opinion) better options of restaurants in this category. But I wouldn't completely rule it out if you've never been.
Dietary restrictions: Good and clearly stated menu options for gluten free/celiac disease customers.
Parking: For those of you that care about parking situations, they have a nice size lot with plenty of parking spaces.

Not sure what happened but the eye opener casserole that I paid 36 dollars for did even touch the edges of the tray...like I can't even get a full portion of what I ordered...then the potatoes were wet and soggy when I asked for extra crispy....guess I'm never ordering from this location again...geez.

Great food and service ? ? there were 8 of us. Food came out fast and hot !
The hostess did not greet us…she just said, “how many?” Our server was friendly but the food came out sporadically. We ordered four orders of pancakes and my husband and I split the poutine. One pancake came out immediately. Several minutes later our poutine came out. Several minutes later two more pancakes came out. By the time the last order of pancakes came out, the rest of us were almost done with our food. We never got refills on our water and dishes weren’t cleared, despite the table being overflowing. On our way out of the restaurant, there was a group of 5-6 employees standing by the hostess table, talking…no one said “goodbye” or “have a nice day.”
The food was fine but we will not be returning.

The service was so impersonal, very slow. I asked for a dropped egg on toast, and my egg came fully cooked. I received an attitude when I mentioned it. The waitress never came back and just dropped my check and left. I will not return to this location again

Went on a holiday, however, it wasn't as busy as many other places and the food was good. The fact that they have poached eggs is divine. The water tasted better this time too. Hoping they filter it if they don't.

Went in with my mom and restrooms were gross! Told Mgr and he didn't care. Water wasn't coming on so had to go to kitchen to wash up. Mgr didn't even look at us when we left. Food was not very good and service was a 5 out of 10. Sav ur money and go some where else!
