We were looking for a special dinner that would accommodate our group. First of all, the drinks were phenomenal and innovative. Kudos to the chef for curating a vegan dish that was truly unique and incredibly delicious. Also, the service was above and beyond! David, Cassidy and Grace were all super accommodating and kind. Everyone in Columbus - this place is so worth the visit! Don’t miss out 💕
P.S. - the Oaxacan 75 is one of the most well-rounded cocktails I’ve ever had! Couldn’t recommend it more!

Excellent sharing experience! Great food, great drinks, courteous and helpful server. Had good conversation with the chef. Will definitely be back!
A excellent place to stop for bourbon and food!! Some of the tastiest and original food that I have had in a long time. The whiskey is an added bonus to try in the tasting room!! Dark pumpernickel rye is a bomb!
The burger here may actually be the best cheeseburger I've ever had. I'll definitely be going back.
Excellent food, good drinks. One of the best burgers I’ve had.

Fantastic service food and drink. The bottle shop sells all the Middle west Spirits products.
The food, drinks, and music played were all fantastic. However, it was the friendly and personable service that really set this experience apart. Huge shout out to Abby for being so kind and helpful!
I am never disappointed by Service Bar. Last night was part of restaurant week and the selections were great. The food really impressed me as usual. The chef was spot on! The drinks too were tastey! Our service was fantastic. Our server was attentive but also, others who delivered the food, checked in on us, etc. were so receptive and pleasant. I will surely go back again!
Middle West is such a fun spot! It's got a really cool bar space, the staff is hospitable, and the cocktails are always great. Melissa is the best!
We got there early. While waiting for our companions, a friendly waitress for us a drink an appetizer. Food was good, we had a nice time. We had several cocktails from the distillery and they were tasty! Minor issue - one guest is a vegetarian and one a vegan. The options are pretty limiting. There were no choices among the appetizers and only the Chef vegan special on the main course. So even though we had a nice time, this will remain an only occasional destination.

From a food and ambiance perspective, this was a great dinner. Cannot beat the creative cocktails here. Flat white and Manhattan's were excellent. Absolutely delicious. Each of our meals was stellar from juicy burgers to calamari bolognese to chicken sandwich. However, what really killed this meal was the most obnoxious, overbearing server. The restaurant was about 2/3 full and we knew the table was not about to be flipped, yet the server felt the need to "check on us" every 5 minutes. We were clearly still enjoying our first round of drinks, still eating dinner, still eating dessert and another round, yet she was oblivious to this. Her "are WE needing anything else", "are WE enjoying our french fries", are "WE liking our drinks" got to the point that we were ready to reply "WE would like you to back off" without being totally rude. It literally destroyed the entire vibe of the evening, given how insistent and invasive her interruptions were. She should be given the book "Setting The Table" to learn the difference between service and hospitality. I would give Service Bar 5 stars if not for this.
The food was absolutely fantastic. My wife and I ordered simple appetizers and entrees (Macaroni and cheese, Caesar salad, Pork chop Milanaise, and beef ragu paradelle) but each was prepared with a distinct flavor personality that sets it apart from other restaurants. I am looking forward to returning to tryout other menu items.
Drinks and food were excellent. The Caesar salad alone is worth the stop. Great hidden gem.
Nice place, and nice service.
Service was on the slow side but only because of limited staffing. $41 fish plate was tastey but extremely small, so were drinks. Honestly I spent over a hundred bucks with a tip but left very hungry.
The fish was served on a comically large plate that enhances the small portion, but the flavor profile of the fish was very good - I like the tanginess of the sauce and it had a lot of seasoning. Filet was cooked well, and although the dish was on the oiley side it was very tastey. It came with pickled onions which were good. Probably wouldn't buy again though at 41 bucks.
The pizza was much better value at 15 bucks for the food. Yes it was still small, but the quality of crust waa good and fellow diner recommended.
For the price, I'd say it was alright.
