Came here with friends tonight thinking it would be a quick, easy dinner, but it turned into a two hour ordeal. We waited well over an hour for our food, and when it finally showed up, part of our order was missing. On top of that, our burgers were wet, cold, and soggy. There was no one around to tell, and by the time we finally found someone, we were basically done eating.
Then paying was a whole thing too. We waited forever for the check, the server brought the Toast tablet and two of us paid, and then she just walked away and never came back. We had to hunt someone down to finish paying.
We definitely didn’t plan on spending our whole night here. Between the long waits, missing food, and no one checking in, it was a pretty disappointing experience.

Excellent smash burgers in the Gahanna area. Thin, crispy and flavorful. Their plain fries ain’t bad either. No waiting on an early Thursday evening. Friendly and quick service. Sexton’s also has a pizza place just around the corner from this burger place. Will definitely try that likewise. Highly recommended burger joint.

Very good burgers but I ordered to go and they really messed it up. I ordered a double cheese burger with just cheese ketchup and bacon and everything was right but it was just a single burger. I also ordered a single burger with lettuce, onion, ketchup and burger bar sauce and it was the same as the first burger with just cheese ketchup and bacon. Very disappointing. over all good but would recommend eating there not togo or make sure you check your to go order throughly before you leave.

We did a DoorDash last night for these burgers. I have been seeing them on my Columbus Foodies page for quite some time now and they had 20% off their best burgers last night. OMGoodness these did NOT disappoint AT ALL! I had a single onion & bacon bbq burger- absolutely delicious! My oldest son and man had the Not A Big-Mac and they said it was the best burgers they've ever had at a restaurant (still not better than mines LOL but that's okay!). We will absolutely be back!

I brought my friend here from out of town. We were both blown away by the food and service. The food was very fresh and warm. We ordered a sextons pizza as well and Ari went out of her way to go get it for us. She went above & beyond with her service. The inside of the establishment was a tad bit cold but everything else was wonderful. We would both visit again. (AND THE SPICY RANCH SLAPPED HARD!!!)
Today I found my new favorite burger spot. I will drive from Reynoldsburg, past Five Guys, to come here from now on. Burger was delicious, tots were crispy and they didn't skimp on any of the toppings on the deluxe upgrade (cheese sauce over, under, throughout the pile). Full bar menu had classic drinks, beers, and seltzer. Bar sauce great on the burger, get the serano ranch for the tots - they didn't need it, but it was a great little extra kick.

I went with my boss and the sales guy. The food was good.
I returned by myself and the burger was a glob mess of grease, cheese and onions with a little meat and bun. I felt it was a nastu mess and threw it away.
