Worst burger place you can ever go to! The fries are shit here!! Literally the fries were black and seemed like it had fungus! The chicken tasted 10 years old with a ton of oil in it!

Fries made me gag. A couple of the fries had a really bad burnt oil cardboardy taste, never had that anywhere before. They also weren’t crispy, they were very soft.
The burger was okay but nothing like the pictures. In the pictures its a seared, crispy, smashburger. My burger tasted very similar to a wendys daves single. There was no sear or crisp on my burger. Way too much sauce.

I went there to eat lunch the other day. It wasn’t busy. But it seemed like the server was too busy singing to the music, rather than making sure our food was good. Once our food was done it had been sitting on the counter. To the point where I got up to get it. Fries were soggy and cold and my burger was very soggy. This is my second time here and I don’t think it’s worth the money.

Burgers were okay, smash burger classics. Cajun fries are spicy! Ordered pick up and walked in and grabbed our bags from the counter. Nobody working was around for any confirmation.

Crazy fresh ingredients, seasoned to perfection, my wife got the chicken tenders, staff breaded and fried in front of us, I had the bar burger, it was as tasty as hell , will be back for more every chance we get, oh yea cocktails too

Came here with friends tonight thinking it would be a quick, easy dinner, but it turned into a two hour ordeal. We waited well over an hour for our food, and when it finally showed up, part of our order was missing. On top of that, our burgers were wet, cold, and soggy. There was no one around to tell, and by the time we finally found someone, we were basically done eating.
Then paying was a whole thing too. We waited forever for the check, the server brought the Toast tablet and two of us paid, and then she just walked away and never came back. We had to hunt someone down to finish paying.
We definitely didn’t plan on spending our whole night here. Between the long waits, missing food, and no one checking in, it was a pretty disappointing experience.

Excellent smash burgers in the Gahanna area. Thin, crispy and flavorful. Their plain fries ain’t bad either. No waiting on an early Thursday evening. Friendly and quick service. Sexton’s also has a pizza place just around the corner from this burger place. Will definitely try that likewise. Highly recommended burger joint.
